Minsk. May 16. INTERFAX-WEST-During demonstrative flights, NATO aircraft, with a high degree of probability, are practicing strikes on Belarus and the Russian Federation, said the first Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Belarus, Major General Igor Korol.
"Unfortunately, demonstrative flights of NATO strategic bomber aircraft, namely the United States, have become more frequent. This year, 9 such flights have been made in the adjacent territory. And with a high degree of probability, we can say that during these demonstrative flights, among other things, options for striking both the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation are being worked out," the King said on the STV TV channel on Sunday.
He noted that the Belarusian side records more than 30 flights of various reconnaissance aircraft of the NATO countries every week.
