The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation received 850 thousand doses of the drug "Sputnik V", more than eight hundred thousand people have already been vaccinated in the army. This was announced by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, speaking at the board of the military department.
According to him, the delivery of the vaccine is organized rhythmically and systematically.
Shoigu recalled that first of all, risk groups and combat units were vaccinated. The Minister stressed that the vaccination plan has already been implemented. At the same time, active work in this direction continues in the Armed Forces.
Shoigu recalled that the vaccination allows you to prevent complications of the epidemic situation in the troops. The Minister instructed to continue to conduct explanatory work with the personnel, family members of military personnel and civilian personnel about the need for vaccination.
