Europeans and Americans have announced plans to create an Interstellar probe that should reach interstellar space, 149 billion kilometers away from Earth. To begin with, the project will need to get NASA approval.
As [...] TASS reported with reference to the European Union of Earth Sciences, Western scientists intend to create an unmanned Interstellar vehicle that will be able to move away from the Earth at a record distance.
According to the plans, Interstellar will be able to move away from the planet by 149 billion kilometers. For comparison, Voyager-1, launched in 1977, was 17.8 billion kilometers away from the Sun by December 2011. Now it is the most remote object from the Earth from among the created people. You can learn more about his journey in our article.

The researchers hope that the data obtained by Interstellar will allow us to better understand the structure of our system, as well as see how it looks to an outside observer.
The new device, as scientists suggest, will receive a powerful radioisotope energy source, which will allow it to work for more than 50 years. Interstellar will be equipped with eight scientific instruments that, among other things, will analyze interstellar space.
