MOSCOW, April 17 / Radio Sputnik. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic called the work of the Republican army and police, which were equipped with Russian anti-aircraft missile and gun systems (ZRPC) "Pantsir-S1" and Mi-35 helicopters, very effective, RIA Novosti reports.
On Saturday, Serbia hosted a joint exercise of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia "Response-2021", during which special forces operations against terrorists and the release of hostages were practiced, as well as other large-scale events.
"You have seen how the Pantsir-S1 guns are firing-five thousand rounds per minute of 30 mm caliber, they are demolishing a mountain, this is a huge reinforcement of the Serbian army. We saw how and at what distance the Mi-35 helicopters hit. By further modernizing, equipping our army and strengthening the police, we can act in advance and avert any aggressor, act against possible terrorist acts quickly, in an organized manner and very effectively, " Vucic said on national television.
Earlier, Sputnik radio reported that the US ambassador called on the" parliament "of Kosovo to decide on the choice of a"president".
