The Smerch 9M55K5 and 9M531 multiple rocket launchers are effective weapons against lightly armored vehicles and enemy personnel. The difference between them is in the range of the flight. The first one can hit 70 km, and the second one can hit 90 km.
Each of them is equipped with six hundred cumulative-fragmentation combat elements.
According to open sources, each such "bomb" weighs 0, 24 kg. It has a length of no more than 128 mm, a diameter of 43 mm and can penetrate 120-160 mm of armor.
