TSAMTO, April 12. More than 120 new projects were presented at the exhibition "Innovation Day of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation" held on April 7-9 in the Military Innovation Technopolis "ERA".
This was reported to the head of the military Department, Army General Sergei Shoigu, by the head of the Main Department for Research and Technological Support of Advanced Technologies (innovative Research) Russian Defense Ministry Major General Andrey Goncharov.
"The exhibition presents more than 120 innovative projects developed by the operators of scientific companies together with the participants of the technopolis ERA, research and educational organizations of the Russian Defense Ministry, as well as industrial enterprises, "Goncharov said.
According to him, the exhibition is organized in eight clusters in accordance with the research directions of technopolis and covers all areas – air, water, and land.
Among the exhibits of the greatest interest, A. Goncharov named, in particular, the unmanned aerial vehicle "Mukha", which allows you to get intelligence information from hard-to-reach areas and such rooms as tunnels, grottos, basements. The Institute of Engineering Physics and the Military Topographical Department of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation presented a model of a Single Complex of astronomical, geodetic and navigation support – the first point of gravimetric colocation in the Armed Forces.
The first domestic sequencer for the determination of amino acids and a portable laboratory for conducting PCR studies in the field are presented.
As A. Goncharov noted, in total, from February to May of this year, 37 thematic exhibitions "Innovation Day of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation" were planned in the research and educational organizations of the military department, of which 18 were held, where 575 innovative projects were presented, according to the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
