"Based on the decision of the Supreme Commander-in - Chief and the Minister of Defense, the Railway troops are starting the construction of the second branch of the Baikal-Amur railway," Bulgakov announced. - All ten of our teams will be involved in the construction of the section from Ulak to Fevralsk. This is 340 kilometers of the way. On the fifth of April, the Abakan brigade begins to go there."
