TSAMTO, March 29. Ukraine used Bayraktar TB2 attack UAVs over the Black Sea to practice training tasks. This, as reported by "RIA Novosti", was reported by the agency of the Ministry of Defense of the country "Armiyainform".
"Bayraktar TB2 unmanned attack aircraft flew from the mainland of Ukraine to the island of Tendrovskaya Kosa, which is located in the Black Sea. The drones practiced various training tasks on maneuvering, "the Ukrainian news agency quoted RIA Novosti as saying.
The report notes that on the island of Tendrovskaya Kosa there is a multifunctional naval training ground, where various units of the naval forces train and increase their combat readiness – training on the landing of marine troops on the unequipped coast, artillery firing at coastal targets by boat tactical groups is carried out.
The Armiyainform agency recalled that this year the Ukrainian Navy will receive a complex of Bayraktar TB2 unmanned aerial vehicles with improved characteristics, for example, with an increased flight range, which will act in the interests of the naval forces.
