MOSCOW, February 26-RIA Novosti. New capital construction projects are being put into operation in the Russian Armed Forces in 4-7 months, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a meeting of the board of the military department.
According to him, more than 21 thousand buildings and structures have been built since 2013. At the same time," the procedures for registration of land and property relations, excessive requirements for design and estimate documentation seriously delay the documentation of acts of acceptance and transfer of objects, " Shoigu stated.
"To remedy this state of Affairs, the Ministry of defence is continuously improving its internal procedures. A permanent working group has been established to monitor the commissioning of facilities and coordinate the activities of the concerned military authorities, " he added.
Shoigu said that the board will discuss what additional measures should be taken to increase the rate of transfer of buildings and structures.
