Russia is ready to sell the latest Su-57E fighter to strategic partners, and consultations are already underway with individual countries, Rosoboronexport reported. On the air of Sputnik radio, military political analyst Andrey Koshkin expressed confidence that the car has a great export potential.
Russia has started preliminary negotiations on the sale of the latest fifth-generation Su-57E fighter, Rosoboronexport CEO Alexander Mikheev said on the eve of the IDEX-2021 weapons exhibition.
He did not name specific countries that were invited to consider buying the fighter, but said that they were talking about Moscow's "strategic partners" in the arms sector.
Su-57 (PAK FA, experimental name T-50) can destroy all types of air, ground and surface targets. Among its main characteristics are maneuverability and the ability to perform supersonic flights, as well as active protection from radar.
On the air of Sputnik radio, military political scientist, head of the Department of Political Science and Sociology of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics Andrey Koshkin expressed confidence that the mentioned combat vehicle has a large export potential.
