"In the event of an aggravation of the international situation, Russia will be able not only to observe the satellites of Western countries, but also to effectively destroy them," the publication says.
It is also noted that in November 2020, at the Sary-Shagan test site in Kazakhstan [...], the A-235 "Nudol" missile defense system (ABM) was successfully tested, designed to intercept US intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs).
"During the threatened period, the installations will be transferred to pre-prepared camouflaged positions, where they will remain invisible to enemy satellites until the launch," the agency says.
