Moscow. January 22. INTERFAX-The Russian Government has instructed the Treasury to check the contract for the construction of the launch complex for the Angara rockets at the Vostochny cosmodrome.
The corresponding decree, signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
According to the document, the Treasury must "ensure that information on the delivery dates of goods (performance of works, provision of services) and the quantity of goods (volume of works, services) contained in documents that confirm the occurrence of monetary obligations" of contractors is checked.
Roscosmos, in turn, must ensure that the state contracts include the conditions for conducting these inspections by the territorial body of the Russian Treasury.
Vostochny is the youngest cosmodrome in Russia. The first launch from the cosmodrome was carried out in 2016. In total, during the entire operation of the cosmodrome, five launches of the Soyuz family of launch vehicles were carried out here. At the moment, the construction of the second stage facilities is underway at the cosmodrome, which will allow launching the Angara family of missiles from it.
