There were no violations of Russian airspace
MOSCOW, December 25. /TASS/. Russian radar stations (RLS) over the past week took on the support of 32 aircraft of foreign countries at the borders of the Russian Federation. Such data of the Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation leads on Friday the newspaper "Red star".
According to the published infographic, air reconnaissance along the borders of Russia was conducted by 29 reconnaissance aircraft and three unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of foreign countries. All flights were under the control of Russian radars.
"From the composition of the air defense forces on duty, one fighter lift was made in order to prevent violations of the state border of the Russian Federation," the newspaper notes.
According to the publication, violations of the airspace of the Russian Federation are not allowed. The defense Ministry also noted that during the week, the troops were supplied with multifunctional complexes with the Orlan-10 UAV and air reconnaissance complexes with the Aileron-3 short-range UAV.
