Nur-Sultan. November 20. INTERFAX-Kazakhstan does not intend to become a party to the intergovernmental agreement with Russia on the procedure for interaction during missile launches from the Dombarovsky position area in the Orenburg region of the Russian Federation, which provides for the use of a land plot on the territory of the Republic as a drop area for separating parts of missiles.
The corresponding decree of the government of Kazakhstan dated November 19 this year was published in the information and legal system of normative legal acts of the Republic.
"The Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner prescribed by law to notify the government of the Russian Federation on the intention of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan not to become a party to the agreement between the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the government of the Russian Federation on the procedure of interaction when conducting launches from Dombarovsky area with the use of the land plot on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of their impact area separating parts, perfect in Astana on 15 October 2015," - said in a government document.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
