Using the TEXX corporate platform.AI specialists of the company analyze the results of inspections, compare data on the implementation of projects and evaluate corrective measures. The presentation of the development took place within the framework of the annual seminar of regional technical offices and technical acceptance.
The company's specialists talked about the practical application TEXX.AI . So, before starting work with projects in the field of quality management, the platform was "trained". Methodological materials on working with corrective action plans, project execution verification, as well as the company's internal standards were uploaded to the system.
The practical cases cover three areas: analysis based on the results of inspections, work with documents and requirements, as well as preparation of materials for organizing work.
In particular, the AI assistant prepares a balanced assessment for the expert: it helps to analyze the validity of the indicated reasons for nonconformities, check the adequacy of planned actions, determine the need for changes and identify the risks of recurrence of similar violations. The platform can also offer additional measures and criteria for evaluating their effectiveness.
Another area is the verification of project execution. In this work, AI helps to compare the reporting information with supporting documents, identify points for which there is a lack of data, and form questions for discussion at workshops.
TEXX.AI is also used in the preparation of analytical materials and work with the regulatory framework. It can be used to compare document revisions, check whether adjustments have been made, identify new requirements, and draft corporate documents based on internal standards.
At the same time, artificial intelligence does not replace expert assessment. Therefore, the work is carried out in stages: the specialist sets the purpose and conditions of the analysis, provides the source documents, clarifies the request and verifies the result. This approach makes it possible to use AI to speed up information processing, while maintaining human responsibility for making the final decision.
