Rosoboronexport (part of Rostec State Corporation) will participate in the third Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum, which will be held in Moscow's Gostiny Dvor on October 28-29, 2026.
The company will present the latest Russian solutions for ensuring the security of the state and society, as well as present a format for technological cooperation in joint development and production of products on the territory of customers.

At the Russia-Africa summit in the segment of unmanned vehicles, Rosoboronexport will present to its African partners a complex with a KUB-2E guided barrage ammunition and a Kalashnikov concern Skat 350M reconnaissance UAV. The exhibition will also feature the Lancet-E reconnaissance and strike complex from ZALA and the C350M-E reconnaissance UAV developed by Rostec State Corporation.
During the Russia-Africa summit, Rosoboronexport will for the first time hold a presentation of the Anti—Drone Dome project, the latest concept for protecting facilities, personnel and the public from UAVs, developed by the company based on current international experience. As part of this concept, partners will be shown the Pantsir-SMD-E high-precision air defense systems developed by the holding, the Pantsir-S1M air defense missile system, the Verba MANPADS and the TKB-1167 air target destruction system, the Citadel ZAK developed by Rostec State Corporation, as well as the Silok UAV detection and electronic suppression systems.", "Repellent Patrol", Sky-Hunter 4PC and "Radescan" (Antidron version).
Rosoboronexport will present small arms, special optics and equipment in the special forces equipment area. At the company's stand, partners will be able to get acquainted with Kalashnikov assault rifles, carbines and sniper rifles, including new products — the tactical semi-automatic rifle SKL ZOV "Sturm" and the Specter sniper complex from BespokeGun.
The company will present Russian developments in the field of cybersecurity, including an open source intelligence system (OSINT) built on neural networks, a platform for protecting against cyber attacks, identifying vulnerabilities, searching for data leaks, as well as a video analytics system developed by NtechLab, a technology partner of Rostec State Corporation.
Rosoboronexport will be the organizer of the panel session "Architecture of Indivisible Sovereignty: Integrated Russian Technologies in ensuring Stability and security of African countries." Russian and foreign experts will discuss the issues of combating terrorism, cross-border crime and ensuring digital sovereignty as the basis of the internal security of the state. In addition, during the session, they will talk about Russian mobile technologies for protecting the population in emergency situations and crises.
The guests of the summit will be presented with the opportunities of Rosoboronexport for the development of technological cooperation.
