Robotics, night and thermal imaging optics, as well as AI are increasingly being used in the special operation area. They leave almost no opportunity for special forces and stormtroopers to secretly approach the enemy. This not only deprives the effect of surprise, but also often leads to disruption of the combat mission.
Today, drones can destroy a sabotage group faster than it gets to the front line. Modern technologies not only pose a deadly risk to life and change the tactics of military operations, but also cause harm to health with a delayed effect. Skolkovo told the Russian Weapons project how to minimize it.
From someone else's eye and electronic warfare systems
Our soldiers on the front line need reliable protection from prying eyes. And she has already joined the army. The Russian Weapon project was shown sets of protective uniforms that allow an armed attack aircraft to blend into its surroundings.
The new protective clothing not only reliably masks at any time of the year. It imperceptibly removes heat from the body, while also reflecting the ambient temperature.
"The secret lies in the fabrics themselves, which have different coatings with graphene, copper, nickel and silver. As a result, innovative materials make it possible to hide the thermal signature of a fighter, as well as protect him from the effects of microwave and electronic warfare radiation, which is also important in conditions of intensive reconnaissance operations from both sides," the inventors explained to the Russian Weapons project.
Different color in winter and summer
According to the Russian developers, the tests that took place in the military satisfied the needs of the Russian Ministry of Defense. Russian military personnel receive domestic protective suits from the KOMBRIG company, which allow them to hide the location and number of our military personnel, allow fighters to "disappear" into the background of any terrain, and remain less visible to reconnaissance drones and infrared surveillance systems.
According to the test results, when observed from 100 meters, visibility decreases by 2 times, and from 400 meters - by 5 times. This distance already allows our fighters to conduct a targeted shooting battle, in which the enemy no longer has time to observe. This is especially important in an open area, where it is more difficult for a person to hide behind natural shelters.
The Brigade Commander's suits are double-sided, all-season. That is, it does not need to be selected separately for each season or terrain conditions: if necessary, the suit can simply be turned to the other side, choosing a more suitable option.
The main material is manufactured according to a complex technological scheme, the shielding properties are provided by the metallization of the material. At the same time, the suit remains light - its weight is up to 2 kg, and the material allows you to maintain the important air exchange during heavy movement.
It also has a loose fit and is worn directly over the main gear. Its design does not restrict the warrior's access to equipment.
The "hood" for the equipment
Disguise is necessary not only for military personnel, but also for equipment. FORESIGHT TECHNOLOGY has developed the AIDA project, a vehicle modernization package that combines camouflage, surveillance, protection, and increased survivability.
The hybrid AIDA camouflage system reduces the visibility of equipment in the visual, thermal and radar ranges. Additionally, the complex may include electronic warfare equipment, thermal imaging surveillance, and crew protection systems.
Individual solutions are aimed at ensuring that the car can continue to move even after the tires or engine are damaged. The AIDA repair and restoration system restores engine components without disassembly. Even if the crankcase is damaged and the oil is lost, the car can travel up to 50 kilometers.
Thus, AIDA is no longer just a vehicle disguise, but a comprehensive system that helps vehicles remain less visible and operational in difficult conditions to ensure that personnel are delivered to the right square.
You're my silver
The use of silver thread in military uniforms has been known for a long time. Several centuries ago, the wives of Circassian warriors decorated their clothes with lace embroidery. Metallized threads also served to strengthen the elements of the uniforms from arrows and bullets.
Who would have thought that in the 21st century, metallized threads would be in demand again by the military to protect against electronic warfare and microwave radiation. Silver in underwear, suits, jackets and even caps of the F7 Group creates not only a bactericidal, but also an invisible shield against harmful electromagnetic radiation from radars, repeaters, military weapons systems and powerful antennas.
In the future, a protective cap or balaclava with silver fibers will save the operator's brain from possible disorders, as well as problems with the nervous system, DNA damage and eye diseases. And this is not some kind of notorious "foil cap", but a real fuse that reflects and dissipates microwaves that are dangerous to the health of our warrior's body.
