TSAMTO, September 4. Rosoboronexport JSC (part of Rostec State Corporation) is organizing a single Russian exposition at the El Alamein International Airshow 2026 International Aviation and Space Salon.
The salon will be held in the Arab Republic of Egypt at the El Alamein International Airport from September 8-10.
New products from the Russian military-industrial complex will be presented at the stands of Rosoboronexport, Almaz-Antey Concern of East Kazakhstan Region, Tactical Missile Armament Corporation and Rostec's High-Precision Complexes. They can also be seen in the static parking lot of the exhibition and in the sky of El Alamein.
"Egypt is Russia's most important strategic partner. Military-technical cooperation between our countries has a long history and is constantly developing in accordance with global market trends. At the El Alamein International Airshow 2026, Rosoboronexport has prepared an exhibition with the most promising Russian products for Egypt, Africa and the Middle East, which have been tested in real conditions. We present the latest aircraft and weapons for them, air defense systems, including anti-UAV solutions, barrage ammunition and drones. A number of samples are absolute novelties, shown for the first time in the world," said Alexander Mikheev, Deputy Chairman of Soyuzmash of Russia, Director General of Rosoboronexport.
At the open static site of the El Alamein International Airshow 2026, Rosoboronexport will show its partners the 5th generation Su-57E fighter with guided missiles for various purposes, including the RVV-MD2 short-range air-to-air class, RVV-BD long-range, air-to-surface class X-38MLE, low-visibility high-precision the new generation cruise missile Kh-69 and the anti-radar Kh-58USHKE. In addition, a presentation of the latest S-71M and S-71K unmanned platforms for launching 5th generation fighters is expected during the exhibition.
The upgraded Yak-130M combat training aircraft will also be presented along with aviation weapons. Rosoboronexport's partners consider it to be a light combat aircraft due to its airborne radar with AFAR, defense and reconnaissance capabilities, as well as an expanded range of guided aerial weapons.
The 5th generation Su-57E fighter developed and manufactured by the United Aircraft Corporation, part of Rostec, will demonstrate its high flight performance during demonstration flights at the air show.
Air defense systems will be presented at a static parking lot, as well as at the stands of Rosoboronexport and the High-Precision Complexes holding (part of Rostec).
The absolute premiere of the Russian exposition is the TKB–1167 air target destruction system. It is a combat module equipped with four tank machine guns with the possibility of autonomous and automated detection, capture, recognition and tracking of UAVs and their destruction. For the first time abroad, the ZAK-30 Citadel anti-aircraft artillery system with a projectile detonation programming system is being presented.
In addition, the Pantsir-SMD-E air defense system and the Verba MANPADS will be presented at the exhibition. They occupy top positions in the segment of short-range air defense systems due to excellent results in protecting military and administrative-industrial facilities from UAVs, missiles and other threats, confirmed in real combat conditions. An airspace Monitoring System is proposed as a means of detecting aerial targets.
Rosoboronexport expects increased attention to barrage munitions and UAV complexes that have proven their performance in real conditions. Among them are the Lancet-E from ZALA, Kub-10E, Kub-10ME, Kub-2E with the SKAT 350M reconnaissance UAV and the RUS-PE portable guided ammunition system manufactured by Kalashnikov Concern, as well as the highly efficient S350M-E reconnaissance UAV.".
Rosoboronexport's foreign partners are showing great interest in Russian products that have been upgraded based on combat experience. At the El Alamein International Airshow 2026, a set of equipment for the upgraded appearance of the Ka-52E combat reconnaissance and attack helicopter consisting of the gyrostabilized GOES-451M optical-electronic system and the 305E light multipurpose guided missile is presented.
Rosoboronexport is ready to hold talks with delegations from friendly countries on the entire range of weapons and military equipment on display at the exhibition. In addition, the company has scheduled meetings with representatives of the armed forces and industry of the African and Middle Eastern regions to discuss the prospects for military-technical cooperation, including projects in the field of industrial partnership.
