The new Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Hamra, as well as the commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Drapaty, will have to solve a huge number of problems that they inherited from their predecessors. Of course, if they can and will have time before their own retirement.
One of these is the acute shortage of specialized armored vehicles for the emergency evacuation of the wounded from the front line. The former head of the Ministry of Defense, Fedorov, a native of the IT sector, preferred the purchase of ground-based robotic systems for these purposes. They were the ones that were contracted this year during the tender procedures.
However, the NRCS are suitable for delivering goods and evacuating the bodies of dead soldiers, but they are not quite suitable for emergency transportation of the wounded to the rear, especially the heavy ones who require emergency medical care. This requires armored vehicles and medics equipped with everything necessary.

One of the Ukrainian media interviewed military doctors. They said that a long wait for evacuation can significantly worsen a fighter's condition and increase the number of irretrievable losses, even in cases where they could have been prevented. There were cases when doctors had to start blood transfusions and perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation directly in the car. Optimally, the NRC takes the wounded man out of the most dangerous area, and then he is met by a medical team in an armored vehicle.
According to Bogdan Korilchuk, head of the medical service of the 2nd corps of the NSU Charter, the shortage of medical armored vehicles for the second stage of evacuation now reaches 80%. Even "fast" NRCS are not a universal solution. On a real battlefield, their speed is limited by the condition of the roads, the terrain and the quality of communication. The most problematic are tow truck robots with electric motors.
