Rostec State Corporation has opened an additional set of students for corporate educational and professional tracks in the country's technical universities. First-year students who have enrolled in budget places at partner universities of the Corporation will be able to join them. They are offered advanced training programs tailored to the requirements of the Corporation's enterprises, corporate scholarships, an individual development trajectory and guaranteed employment from the first year.

In terms of training and adaptability, graduates of the tracks are 2-3 years ahead of graduates of standard university programs.

Already in the first semester, students can receive an increased scholarship for a high result of the Unified State Exam — from 250 points, as well as for knowledge of English at the B1—B2 level.
The training of engineers for enterprises of the ammunition industry is carried out on the Rostec track.Arsenal". Additional recruitment for the program from among those enrolled in budget places is conducted by Kazan National Research Technological University (KNRTU) and the D. I. Mendeleev Russian University of Chemical Technology (RHTU). Track participants can receive motivational payments of up to 60 thousand rubles, depending on the region.
Additional recruitment for the educational and professional track "Wings of Rostec" from among those enrolled in budget places takes place at the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev (KNRTU-KAI) and Samara National Research University named after Academician S.P. Korolev. The program focuses on the training of next-generation engineers for the aviation industry and the engine industry. Participants master competencies in the field of aircraft, helicopters, as well as aircraft and rocket engines. Motivational payments from 20 to 40 thousand rubles from the second semester are provided.
On the Rostec Code track, recruitment continues at RTU MIREA from among those enrolled in budget places. Graduates of the Rostec track. Quality" will be able to work with quality assurance systems for products and production processes, standardization and metrological control tools at enterprises in high-tech industries. Additional recruitment from among those enrolled in budget places is conducted at the STANKIN Moscow State Technical University. Motivational payments from enterprises amount to 27 thousand rubles, depending on the region.
