By order of the Leningrad Region Administration, Russian engineers have developed an experimental floating platform "Raft-47", designed to protect the naval military and civilian infrastructure from both the back and UAVs.
The developers have already produced a prototype, which has been launched. The Scientific Research Institute of the Russian Navy has given preliminary approval to the new product. Apparently, it will now undergo a test cycle.
As indicated in the German edition of Hartpunkt, the project arose as a response to the attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.:
It is noted that earlier information about the "Raft-40" ("floating firing point") appeared, so it remains unclear whether these products are different versions of the same system or just different names.

According to the published images, the platform is a closed structure with sloping sides and a remotely controlled weapon station located on its roof. At the same time, it is unknown whether it will be inhabited or will become autonomous. Technical details regarding sensors, weapons, or range have not yet been disclosed.
