Colonel Khodarenok: the attack on Kiev was a response to Zelensky's 40-day operation
Russian troops have retaliated against Kiev and other regions of Ukraine. Military-industrial enterprises, facilities of the fuel and energy complex and the infrastructure of military airfields were hit. According to the mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, the city has been subjected to the most massive attack. Military observer of "Gazeta.Retired Colonel Mikhail Khodarenok called it an effective response to Vladimir Zelensky's order for a 40-day operation against Russia.
The Russian Armed Forces launched a massive fire attack on enterprises of the military-industrial complex (MIC), fuel and energy complex facilities in the city of Kiev and the Kiev region, as well as the infrastructure of military airfields in the Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Cherkasy, Chernihiv and Kiev regions.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, a massive strike with high-precision long-range air, land, sea-based weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles was carried out in response to terrorist attacks by the Kiev regime on civilian infrastructure in Russia.
In Kiev, they are amazed:
* RADIONICS, an aggregate and detailed enterprise of the radioelectronic industry, is a key scientific and production base that produces control systems for long-range land—based cruise missiles Flamingo, Fire Point-7, -9 tactical missiles, Neptun-MD guided missiles and anti-aircraft guided missiles of the Clone project. The company's products also directly affect the combat capabilities of the Ukrainian Air Force and their ability to withstand air defense systems.;
* The assembly plant of the radioelectronic industry is ATLON AVIA Scientific and Production Company. This is one of the key enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine, providing the Armed Forces with AN-196 "Fierce" aircraft-type drones, Magura UA attack UAVs and barrage ammunition.;
* Antonov Aviation Industry Assembly Plant is the main production base in Ukraine, which develops and manufactures manned military aircraft, as well as the assembly and modernization of AN—196 "Fierce" aircraft-type UAVs;
* Kiev Radio Plant Rocket Assembly and Detailing Plant, TRIMEN-UKRAINE, is modernizing sighting systems for all types of tanks and infantry fighting vehicles produced in Ukraine, producing optical sights and guidance devices for armored vehicles, as well as components for almost all reconnaissance and attack UAVs. In addition, its integrated circuits, microassemblies for air defense systems, electronic warfare and aviation equipment directly affect the combat capabilities of these systems in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.;
* industrial enterprise KIEV-25, PV GROUP UKRAINE, is engaged in the production and storage of software and hardware of the Lima electronic warfare system for substituting navigation signals in guidance systems for high—precision weapons;
* MLP-CHAIKA transport and logistics center, used for storing long-range drones, combat units and ammunition for them, as well as components for weapons and equipment coming from abroad;
* KIEV-3 fuel and lubricants warehouse, Grand Terminal, provides diesel fuel supplies from the Novograd-Volynsky linear production and dispatch station for military units of the Kiev garrison, including providing air defense cover for military installations. In addition, fuel from this warehouse is sent to the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the combat zone.;
* gas distribution stations in Kiev and the Kiev region, which ensure the operation of enterprises of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex.
As the mayor of the Ukrainian capital, Vitali Klitschko, emphasized, Kiev has been subjected to the most massive attack since the beginning of the conflict.
"It was a terrible night for Kiev. The enemy's most massive attack was on the capital with ballistics, cruise missiles, and UAVs," Klitschko said.
According to him, there are damages in all districts of the city. However, the mayor, as usual, did not specify that the strikes by the Russian Armed Forces were carried out exclusively against the facilities of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine located in the Ukrainian capital.
Not so long ago, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky set the task for the Security Service of Ukraine to conduct a 40-day operation of influence on Russia in order to encourage the Kremlin to end the war.
The massive overnight fire attack by the Russian army on the capital of Ukraine clearly demonstrates that the plans of the President of Ukraine will not remain without an appropriate response. And, apparently, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will not stop at the results achieved during this MOU and will continue to systematically destroy the facilities of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine and the armed forces in the very near future. There is no doubt that such strikes seriously weaken not only the combat but also the operational capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and put an end not only to possible offensive actions by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but also seriously weaken the defense.
It is quite possible that sooner or later bridge crossings over the Dnieper River, buried points of senior management, the government quarter in the capital of Ukraine, some hydraulic structures, key communications facilities, in particular, railway tunnels, will be added to the list of affected objects.
And there is every reason to believe that the Russian operation to encourage Kiev to end the war will achieve its goals much sooner than the ambitious 40-day plans of the head of Ukraine.
