The holding company participates in the exhibition "National Security. Belarus-2026", taking place from 17 to 19 June
Rosel Holding of Rostec State Corporation presents equipment for public, transport and anti-terrorist security at the National Security exhibition. Belarus-2026". The exhibition includes secure digital radio stations of a new generation, drone detection and suppression systems, as well as an ornithological security system for airports.
The range of professional radio communication tools of the DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) standard is designed specifically for the daily operational work of law enforcement agencies, special services and emergency departments. This equipment replaces outdated analog radio stations. The main difference between the digital format is that negotiations cannot be intercepted: speech is digitized and transmitted between devices on the same network in encoded form. In addition, you can simultaneously talk and transmit data on the same frequency, such as group coordinates or text messages. Thanks to the built-in automation, the system selects a free channel when making a call, adjusts to signal changes and informs the dispatcher about malfunctions. The operator does not need to manually configure the network, which saves time in critical situations.
The Tier III DMR base stations developed by the Constellation concern make it possible to deploy a digital network of almost any scale — from a single site or building to an entire region. This makes it possible to link police patrol crews, fire brigades and rescue teams into a single contour, ensuring their uninterrupted interaction.
Along with the base stations, subscriber devices are demonstrated — the car radio station Constellation DMR-T 160 and the portable Constellation DMR-P160. Both models work in both digital and analog mode. The car version has an increased communication range due to a more powerful transmitter and supports recording conversations on a memory card.
"We see a growing demand from our Belarusian colleagues for solutions that can unite disparate groups of subscribers in a single secure circuit without having to build a network from scratch. The DMR line provides just such an opportunity: the customer can increase the functionality in stages, while maintaining investments in equipment that is already in operation," noted Rosel.
In addition to radio communications, the holding company is showing a number of anti-drone solutions at the exhibition. The PRES-VM device, a compact complex combining passive detection and radio suppression, is being demonstrated for the first time. It is designed to protect civilian vehicles in dangerous areas. The device is invisible to radio intelligence. The Sickle-VS13D stationary complex is presented, combining the functions of electronic warfare and detection, including FPV drones. Another novelty is the passive coherent 3D PCL locator. It detects aerial objects by analyzing reflected signals from television and radio broadcasting stations, and remains invisible to electronic intelligence.
The holding also demonstrates the ornithological security system of ORNI airports. It is capable of tracking bird flocks and their flight paths with high accuracy at a distance of up to 20 km and allows air traffic controllers and aircraft crews to be warned in advance about the increased risk of collision. When a dangerous approach is detected, the system activates deterrents, reducing risks to civil aviation.
The exhibition "National Security. Belarus-2026" is being held in Minsk from 17 to 19 June with the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
