Rostec State Corporation's Shvabe Holding demonstrated advanced developments in the field of all-weather and round-the-clock visual monitoring at the Fleet International Naval Salon. Thus, the video thermal imaging monitoring and analytics system (SVTMA) makes it possible to recognize and track dangerous objects in automatic mode using artificial intelligence algorithms, and the Astron-3B long-range complex makes it possible to continuously monitor the situation at different borders.
The latest solutions offered by Shvabe make it possible to control vast coastal areas by effectively monitoring entry into protected areas. In particular, the SVTMA can detect small vessels at a range of up to 10 km during the day and up to 5.6 km at night, and the Astron-3B complex at a range of 12 km during the day and up to 6 km at night, respectively.
SVTMA neural network algorithms help determine the type of observed objects. The system analyzes the video in real time and reports an intrusion attempt. This makes it much easier for the operator to work, giving him more time to make a decision.
The presence of two thermal imaging channels allows Astron-3B to conduct surveillance in the near and far zones simultaneously. The integration of up to six such devices into a single system ensures the creation of a reliable security perimeter for large facilities. This configuration allows you to display an image from the camera that sees the target on the main screen, which simplifies object recognition.

The Holding pays priority attention to the development of the most advanced visual monitoring tools that provide round-the-clock and all-weather monitoring of the situation. At Fleet 2026, the holding also presented a wearable combined surveillance device that includes television, thermal imaging, and laser rangefinder channels. The device allows you to detect objects in difficult weather conditions, is made in the form factor of binoculars and has a low weight, which makes it the optimal choice for operational monitoring of water areas and the coastal zone.
A portable version of the device has been developed for round-the-clock surveillance, providing better resolution and a longer range of object detection. It has a secure enclosure and outputs for connecting external monitors, which allows you to organize monitoring of the protected area from a remote location. The device is mounted on a tripod and can be easily moved if necessary.
