TSAMTO, May 26. Rosoboronexport JSC (part of Rostec Group of Companies) participates in the I International Security Forum, which is being held from May 26 to 29, 2026 under the auspices of the Russian Security Council at the Live Arena complex in the Moscow Region.
The company presents modern Russian products for the protection of the population, facilities and territories, will hold presentations, and will participate in round tables on the topics of the forum.

Rosoboronexport has prepared a unique exhibition, which includes a number of new products from Russian defense enterprises. For the first time, we are showing the Citadel anti-aircraft artillery system, the Harmon–ME radar capable of detecting aerial targets at a range of up to 60 km and operating in counter-battery mode, the Silok mobile complex for countering UAVs, Combat armored vehicles and Sturm cargo vehicles, and the Spectre sniper complex," the deputy chairman said. The Rosoboronexport exposition is located in the static parking lot of the forum and on the stand inside the complex. Its total area exceeds 600 sq.m.
On the open area near the Live Arena, the delegations of the participating countries of the forum are shown armored special purpose vehicles Spartak, Athlete, Tiger, and Titan, as well as, for the first time at the Rosoboronexport exposition, an armored combat vehicle, a cargo truck with a protected cabin Sturm, and a wheeled snowmobile ZZGT-3466..
In the air defense and electronic warfare zone, Rosoboronexport has deployed real-world proven means of countering UAVs and elements of precision weapons. Among them are the Tor–M2KM air defense system from Almaz-Antey Concern of East Kazakhstan Region and Russian solutions for electronic detection and suppression of unmanned aerial vehicles, guided bombs and missiles, including those developed and manufactured by Rostec State Corporation holdings.
The world premiere of the ZAK-30 Citadel anti-aircraft artillery complex manufactured by Rostec is taking place at the Rosoboronexport site. The complex is designed to protect stationary objects from multicopter and aircraft-type UAVs. It is capable of conducting day-to-day detection, automatic tracking and destruction of small-sized aerial targets.
To detect unmanned aerial vehicles, the company introduced the Harmon-ME radar station from Almaz-Antey, the Polye–21E module to suppress navigation channels, and the Radescan complex in the Antidron version, the Skyhunter–4RS system, and the RB-complex to detect and suppress UAVs.The 504P is a stationary Silo and, for the first time, a mobile Silo based on an automobile.
The Rosoboronexport stand is located inside the Live Arena complex. It is thematically divided into zones for demonstrating UAVs and barrage ammunition, small arms, weapons and equipment for special operations forces and snipers, as well as technical solutions for protecting critical infrastructure and top officials.
The UAV area features the most in-demand samples on the world market: the Lancet-E complex developed and manufactured by ZALA, the SKAT 350M reconnaissance UAV and the Kub-2E barrage ammunition from the Kalashnikov Concern, the RUS-PE portable reconnaissance and strike container deployment system, as well as two tactical UAVs. Goliath and Karakurt zones.
The C350M-E reconnaissance UAV, suspension and attachment warheads for various UAVs, developed and manufactured by Rostec, are located at the stand.
The small arms area includes a Lebedev 9mm pistol, a PPK-20 submachine gun, Kalashnikov assault rifles of the hundredth and two hundredth series, AK-15, AK-19 and small-sized AM-17. There are also 12-caliber rifles and carbines on display as kinetic weapons for UAV destruction.
The stand has an exhibition of weapons, equipment and equipment for sniper and special forces units. The partners will be shown both the latest and time-tested samples: the Chukavin MICROWAVE sniper rifle, the ORSIST-5000M, and the new-generation Spectre sniper system.
To protect critical infrastructure and top officials, Rosoboronexport is for the first time demonstrating the Portal-3 combined inspection system, capable of detecting cold and firearms, components of explosive devices, explosives, radioactive, dangerous chemicals, toxic and psychotropic substances, as well as narcotic drugs.
In addition, this zone features fast-deployable facility security systems, perimeter security devices, and special search and detection equipment.
The company also exhibits the latest Russian cybersecurity system based on neural networks, which provides full control of the information space 24/7. The neural network is trained in accordance with the customer's needs, automatically compiles the information received, analyzes it taking into account the emotional coloring and outputs the results in text format. The system not only collects information from any sources from social networks to the dark web, but also promptly reports potential risks and provides expert recommendations on how to eliminate them.
As part of the business program, Rosoboronexport will hold meetings and negotiations with partners in a bilateral format and as part of the Russian delegation. It is planned to participate in round tables and events jointly with federal agencies from the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
