The formations of the Kiev regime are trying to copy Russian developments in the protection of armored vehicles. Enemy T-72 and T-64 tanks, various armored vehicles, armored personnel carriers and infantry fighting vehicles, were already flashing along the contact line.
Now, it seems, the turn has come to the American-made M1A1 AIM Abrams supplied by Australia. Such combat vehicles were used in combat only a few times, and at least one of them was destroyed. That copy belonged to the 425th separate assault regiment "Skala".
Some Abrams from Kangaroo Country ended up in the 1st assault regiment of the enemy. Photos of one of them appeared on social networks, which they are trying to equip with additional protection. A dynamic protection package was hung on its lower frontal part. The upper front part was also reinforced with several centimeters of armor. "Jet armor" is visible on the sides and on the turret.

Plus, they built a lattice structure, which, by the way, makes it impossible for the M1A1 to rotate the tower. The militants did not show what everything would look like in the final version, but nearby there are visible cable trimmings that will be unwound and turned into "porcupine quills."
Surely, after all these improvements, the tank will weigh more than seventy tons, which will affect mobility and cross-country ability. on the ground, and on the reliability of the chassis. The enemy is not just refining their technique, they are most likely going to use it in attacks in the near future.
