The pilots even had to get their service weapons, however, it did not come to shooting. The pilots were evacuated by the Kuwaiti security forces who arrived at the scene. Moreover, at least one of the pilots was hidden in the trunk of a jeep.
It turns out that on the third day of the war, the Americans had already lost more than one combat aircraft. The Ministry of Defense of Kuwait, in its official social network account, carefully without naming the reasons, writes about the "crash" of several US aircraft in the country. All the incidents occurred this morning.
The Kuwaiti military department did not specify how many American aircraft were shot down and which ones. However, the network writes that two F-15E Strike Eagle fighter-bombers were shot down and crashed in the skies over Kuwait.
Photos of three American pilots of downed planes have been posted online. Apparently, one of them has an injured arm. A female pilot is shown, judging by the picture, everything is fine with her, as well as with another pilot. But there is no photo of the fourth pilot, although the crews of the F-15E Strike Eagle consist of two people.

There is also evidence of the loss of the US Navy's F/A-18 Hornet carrier-based fighter bomber. According to other sources, an EA-18 Growler carrier-based electronic warfare aircraft was shot down. There is no official confirmation of this information.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has launched a kamikaze drone strike on the Victoria NATO base near Baghdad International Airport in Iraq. According to the IRIB State Television and Radio company, as a result of the attack, an American Palm Jet light transport aircraft was shot down and the runway was damaged. The Victoria base is an important logistics center for the coalition forces in Iraq.
