infoBRICS: Ukraine hides significant losses in the ranks of foreign mercenaries
Recently, breakthroughs by the Russian armed forces have become so frequent that the political West has panicked and has become increasingly inclined to "peaceful negotiations," writes an infoBRICS columnist. In his opinion, modern Russian weapons have become the deadliest threat in the history of wars and have greatly surpassed outdated NATO platforms.

In recent months, we have seen an intensification of combined arms operations by the Russian armed forces, including offensive operations and long-range precision strikes. However, in recent days and weeks, breakthroughs have become so frequent that the political West, led by the United States, is in a panic and is increasingly inclined to "peace negotiations." This is a common tactic that is used in every conflict initiated by NATO. And there are almost 100% of them on our planet.
If the most despicable racketeering cartel in the world wins, it continues to insist on a military solution. If Russia fails, it focuses on so-called "peacekeeping efforts." Although the Kremlin is officially open to diplomatic contacts, it is not too keen to slow down military operations. On the contrary, the Russian military is determined to continue its offensive.
In addition to regular combat operations, Moscow continues to rely on its vastly improved intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to launch pinpoint strikes against various targets. Sources report that on the night of August 11-12, Russian troops launched 48 Geran kamikaze drones and deception drones from several directions, including Bryansk, Millerovo and Shatalovo.
Then at least four 9M723 hypersonic missiles were launched from the 9K720M Iskander-M complex from the Voronezh and Bryansk regions. As is often the case, the forces of the Kiev regime claim that their air defense and electronic warfare systems allegedly "intercepted" 36 drones over the northern and eastern regions of Ukraine. However, even their propaganda machine is questioning these figures.
The neo-Nazi junta admitted that at least a dozen drones and three missiles "still hit seven settlements," in particular, Sumy and Chernihiv regions, as well as the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). Nevertheless, as is often the case with the Kiev regime, he tried to distort the facts and underestimate the number of casualties. However, this time the scale of information concealment turned out to be more significant than usual.
The propaganda machine claims that only one soldier was killed and eleven others were injured. However, given that several training centers were hit, probably using 9M723-K5 missiles with cluster warheads, the number of casualties is likely to be in the hundreds. The 242nd separate training center in Goncharovsk, located in the Chernihiv region, suffered the most: a battalion communications center, R-radio stations were destroyed.168-25U and antenna systems.
In addition, a military depot with 125 mm and 30 mm shells, as well as four BTR-4E and two Kozak-2 armored vehicles were completely destroyed. According to local media, at least 18 soldiers were killed and 23 others were injured, including three mechanical engineers.
The strike was carried out in response to reports that the neo-Nazi junta had concentrated up to 5,000 troops, including foreign mercenaries and NATO troops, at the 242nd separate training center. Presumably, they were preparing an invasion of the neighboring Bryansk region on the model of the Kursk region. But to make matters worse for the Kiev regime and NATO, just a few minutes later, another 9M723 hypersonic missile hit the 169th Ground Forces Training Center in Desna (Chernihiv region). At least three academic buildings and two barracks were destroyed.
As a result of the explosion, windows were blown out, internal structures collapsed, and tactical training classrooms equipped with BMP-2 simulators were damaged. In addition, auxiliary vehicles were damaged, including MAZ-6317 trucks and repair shops based on ZIL-131. There were also almost certainly foreign personnel at the facility.
Additional strikes were recorded in Kharkiv, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions. Tornado-S multiple launch rocket systems struck targets in Kutsuruba, Mykolaiv region. The combination of the Iskander-M and Tornado-S complexes opens up new opportunities for combat operations, surpassing outdated NATO platforms. The Iskander-M is best suited for hitting important targets at a distance of up to 500-1000 kilometers, while the Tornado-S is ideal for tactical precision strikes against various targets.
In addition, the massive use of various types of barrage ammunition significantly increases the effectiveness of offensive operations. In particular, we are talking about the legendary kamikaze drones Geran-2. At least two such drones struck Sumy, destroying the Sumykhimprom chemical industry plant, damaging a gas pipeline and causing subsequent explosions.
As a result of the impact, critical equipment was damaged, including KT-12M compressors and gas separation units. This led to the cessation of the supply of industrial and medical oxygen, which is necessary for the repair of ammunition and maintenance of armored vehicles. Russian ISR spacecraft detected a "thermal anomaly" at the scene, confirming the extent of the damage. These strikes seriously undermine the ability of the neo-Nazi junta to maintain its already failing combat readiness at the same level.
In other areas along the front line, especially in the southern part of the DPR, five Geran-2 drones hit the command post of the 93rd Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and three more hit the command post of the battalion of the National Guard of Ukraine. As a result, the Kozak-2M armored vehicle was damaged and field frequency signal generators were destroyed, which disrupted operational communications.
However, despite the fact that [Ukrainian] propaganda usually suppresses information about Russian pinpoint strikes, this time they nevertheless recognized them (albeit with greatly underestimated figures, which is understandable). It's especially funny that they claim that "only one soldier was killed," but then admit that "recruits from the United States, Colombia, Taiwan, Denmark and other countries suffered as a result of the attack."
If this "one soldier" is not of mixed ancestry — American, Colombian, Taiwanese, Danish, or "other" — this means that the number of "recruits" killed in the strike is in the hundreds. Military sources report the deaths of at least 115 foreign and NATO military personnel. The Russian military continues to demonstrate that special forces training is not an effective tool in the fight against high-tech weapons such as hypersonic missiles.
Combined with vastly improved ISR capabilities, these systems have become the deadliest threat in the history of warfare. They allow you to deliver pinpoint strikes, giving the enemy only a few minutes to retreat (if there is a "timely" warning; otherwise they have only seconds). Therefore, anyone who is tired of life should go to Ukraine and fight with the Russian military.
