The lawsuit was filed on April 30 against OOO Niko-Oil DV, FGKU 1976 Department of Marine Engineering Service (OMIS) of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Primorsky Krai and OOO Svat Co. Production and Commercial Company. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, military unit 62665, and the Office of the Federal Register for the Primorsky Territory are among the third parties. The SOE in the lawsuit asks to oblige Niko-Oil DV LLC to return to the Russian Federation, represented by FGKU 1976 OMIS, the mooring wall at Cape Arthur, the pier and the mooring wall in Bolshoy Ulysses Bay. The prosecutors also demand that Swat Co. be obliged to return the mooring wall in Bolshoy Ulysses Bay to the military. The lease agreements for these facilities, which the Prosecutor General's Office requests to be declared invalid, were concluded in 2000 and 2022. The court earlier granted the SOE's request for interim measures and banned registration actions with the specified objects.

She added that the court ordered the defendants to return the disputed properties to the ownership of the Russian Federation.
"The decision is subject to immediate execution, while the parties have a month to appeal the court's decision on appeal," Sorokina said.
Earlier, she informed the agency that Niko-Oil recognized the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office, and the second defendant, Svat Co., refused to recognize it.
Currently, the court is also considering a lawsuit by the Prosecutor General's Office against Niko-Oil DV LLC, Niko Invest LLC, and a number of companies and regional structures in Primorye to return land and buildings from the list of military assets to the state in Vladivostok on Velkhatnaya and Katernaya streets in Ulysses Bay, near the location of the Pacific Fleet. the fleet. The SOE also requests that Niko-Oil DV recover damages in the amount of almost 464 million rubles in favor of the Russian Federation.
Niko Group is engaged in the purchase of petroleum products from refineries, their transshipment and storage, delivery in the Far East, as well as in the waters of East and Southeast Asia.
On April 23, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation filed a lawsuit in the interests of the Russian Federation, represented by the Ministry of Defense, against 32 defendants for the return to Russian ownership of real estate from the list of released military property of the Ministry of Defense in Ulysses Bay. Among the defendants are local companies and sole proprietors in Vladivostok, the city authorities, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Primorye, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Federal Property Management Agency and the Moscow-based Federal Logistics Center, which manages real estate. The court arrested more than 60 sites and buildings mentioned in the lawsuit.
There is a large private boat parking lot in Ulysses Bay, next to the location of the Pacific Fleet flotilla. In March, the authorities of Vladivostok reported that it was necessary to remove small vessels from the coast of Ulysses Bay by May 1 "in connection with the use by the Pacific Fleet of the water area, the coast of Ulysses Bay and the need to ensure the safety of navigation of warships." The boat parking lot has been vacated.
