China has successfully tested a new unmanned attack helicopter with missile weapons used during testing.
According to Tengden Technology, the operator responsible for the remote control of the UAV was a woman – for the first time in the history of unmanned aircraft in China. The drone successfully fired back with a light air-to-surface missile, which accurately hit the target.

Western observers suggest that this UAV will be able to carry out a number of missions, including tactical strikes, reconnaissance and surveillance, and patrol duties.

The developer has not announced any information about the device. However, judging by the company's product range, the attack drone is based on the Featherless Arrow helicopter-type UAV. Its maximum take-off weight is 550 kg, flight range is up to 1000 km, flight time is 9 hours, flight altitude is up to 7200 m.

Featherless Arrow
As indicated on the company's website, Featherless Arrow, which was created for civilian purposes, first took to the air in 2019. Apparently, it became the basis for a combat drone. In the interests of the PLA Navy, a similar helicopter-type UAV was being developed, but it has a different tail.
