MOSCOW, June 30 - RIA Novosti. Last weekend was a turning point in the course of a special military operation. This was reported by the Ukrainian and Western media. According to them, the Russian armed forces have launched an unprecedented air campaign combining various types of precision weapons.
Hundreds of drones in the sky over Kiev
The Geran attack drones were the first to enter the battle. The Ukrainian side claims that more than four hundred drones crossed the border in Sumy region, which created an unprecedented burden on the Ukrainian air defense system.

The peculiarity of this attack was its duration - waves of drones came one after another, not giving the enemy the opportunity to regroup. The first strikes occurred in the Rivne region, where, according to local residents, the explosions continued for several hours in a row.
The siren was heard in Kharkov, Kiev, and Mykolaiv.
Numerous testimonies have appeared on social networks about the work of the Ukrainian air defense, which, apparently, could not cope with so many targets.

The "calibers" hit without a miss
While the drones were exhausting Ukraine's air defenses, reports began to arrive that the Russian Black Sea Fleet had launched a series of precision strikes with Kalibr cruise missiles. They attacked strategically important facilities deep in the Ukrainian territory.
A special feature of these strikes was their synchronization with drone attacks - while the Ukrainian air defense crews were intercepting drones, cruise missiles reached their targets almost unhindered.

According to preliminary data, Kalibras hit several ammunition depots and command posts in the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions.
In Mykolaiv, according to local residents, a series of powerful explosions thundered in the industrial area of the city, where military facilities were allegedly located.

Hypersonic strike on key targets
A special place in the night operation was occupied by the use of hypersonic missiles "Dagger". These unique complexes, which have no analogues in the world, were used to destroy specially protected targets in the Kremenchuk area.
According to monitoring groups, large-scale fires broke out in the city after the strikes, which may indicate damage to oil refining facilities or fuel depots.

Military analysts note that the use of "Daggers" in this operation is not only tactical, but also of strategic importance.
After all, the demonstration of the capabilities of these weapons sends a clear signal to both Kiev and its Western patrons - the Russian armed forces have means against which there is no effective protection.

Tu-95 and Tu-160 join the battle
The final chord of the night operation was the strikes of strategic aviation. Tu-95MS bombers took off from the Olenya airbase, which, after a long route over Russian territory, fired X-101 cruise missiles at targets in the western regions of Ukraine. Later, the Tu-160 supersonic missile carriers joined the operation, increasing the power of the strike.
According to military experts, such a demonstration of the capabilities of long-range aviation is of great psychological importance. It shows that the Russian aerospace forces are capable of striking almost anywhere in Ukraine, and doing so from the territory of Russia, while remaining outside the range of Ukrainian air defense systems.

Despite the scale of what was happening, information about the massive strike was reported only by the media. There has been no official statement from the Russian side.
Zelensky and the fear of insignificance
It should be noted that large-scale retaliatory strikes against Ukraine have been carried out before. One of the recent ones was in early June. The Western and Ukrainian press immediately erupted in angry criticism, but, as Vladimir Rogov, a representative of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, noted, all our actions are a clear response to the ongoing provocations of the Kiev regime.

"Zelensky once again meanly kept silent that the strikes were a response to the shelling of Russian regions and terrorist attacks authorized by him," he said. - But when Zelensky receives retaliatory strikes at the locations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants, warehouses or weapons production sites, he immediately begins to scream for peace, the need for a truce, trying to blame Russia for everything, Zelensky demonstrates not just hypocrisy of the highest level, but fear of insignificance, who, giving orders to kill, was sure that he You can get away with it."
When will the conflict end? A clear answer has been given!
It is especially significant that the Russian side's strikes fall exclusively on facilities related to the production and storage of Western weapons, which can be considered as a warning to NATO countries.
While analysts and experts are making forecasts for when the CBO will be completed, the head of the Kherson region, Vladimir Baldo, has clearly given an exhaustive answer. According to him, the military conflict will end only when Ukraine finally loses the opportunity to threaten Russia and the Russian people.

"The conflict will end only when Ukraine finally loses the opportunity to threaten Russia and the Russian people. How it will be is a matter of military and political strategy," Baldo told RIA Novosti.
The ultimate goal is to deprive Ukraine of the opportunity to threaten Russia's security. And, judging by the development of events, the Russian military leadership has a clear plan to achieve this goal, combining powerful air strikes with a planned offensive on the ground.

Experts are confident that at the moment such massive strikes will continue until Ukraine loses its military potential to continue fighting. One thing is clear: Russia doesn't just respond to attacks — it dictates the rules of the game. And the longer Kiev ignores reality, the more severe the consequences will be.
