M1A1 AIM SA with "ARAT-1"
The Australian M1A1 AIM SA Abrams received the ARAT-1 dynamic protection. A photo of one such tank appeared on social media. Interestingly, before this, combat vehicles of this type, which were in service with the ground forces of this state, had never been shown with such refinement.
It seems that the Americans provided their allies with similar "reactive armor" before sending tanks to the Ukrainian neo-Nazis.

The combat vehicles also underwent restoration repairs, although, unlike the M1A1 SA already in service with the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Australian ones did not receive 12.7mm remote-controlled machine guns.
It is assumed that this equipment will be delivered to Europe by sea: a total of 49 units. Somewhere in Germany or Poland, they will be retrofitted with an anti-accumulation "Contact", and then distributed among several brigades.

They will probably add a tank battalion to the 47th separate mechanized brigade, some will fall into the 82nd separate airborne assault brigade and, possibly, into some other unit. Before the summer campaign, the enemy is frantically trying to recoup their losses with the help of Western sponsors.
