Employees of the State Corporation's enterprises will be trained in a new educational program on business process reengineering using AI.
Rostec State Corporation has developed a new educational program for training specialists in the field of digitalization. The program is aimed at studying the methods and tools of system engineering and artificial intelligence. Employees of the Corporation's enterprises will be trained.
The objective of the new educational program "Business Process Reengineering using artificial Intelligence" is to increase the level of production automation and create new approaches in managing the digital development of Rostec enterprises.
During the training, students will learn how to integrate advanced IT solutions into production processes, use artificial intelligence analytical tools to increase overall labor productivity, and develop strategies for adapting enterprises to rapidly changing market conditions and the technological landscape.
Students actively apply the knowledge gained during training in such programs at their workplaces. An example is the UEC holding, whose employees regularly enhance digital competencies at the Rostec Academy. Colleagues are actively implementing digital twin technology and using mathematical modeling to conduct preliminary tests of aircraft engines.

The methods and tools of system engineering and artificial intelligence are not just a trend today, but the basis for breakthrough solutions that optimize production processes, increase efficiency, and create new products. This program is our strategic step into the future," said Alexander Nazarov, Deputy General Director of Rostec State Corporation.
The program on business process reengineering using AI was developed by the Center for the Development of Digital Competencies of the Rostec Academy with the support of the Department of Digital Transformation of the State Corporation. The training modules of the course were developed by the staff of the Rostec Academy together with accredited partners, experts from major Russian IT companies and leaders in the development of projects for the use of digital tools at the Labor Productivity Center of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, members of the Expert Council on Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Additional training modules are currently being developed in collaboration with RANEPA specialists.
"The need of the Corporation and its organizations for specialists in the field of IT, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and electronic technologies is constantly growing. To strengthen the human resources potential of our enterprises, we are building a comprehensive training system — from IT classes for schoolchildren to the Rostec Code university track and advanced engineering schools in areas such as microwave electronics, quantum technologies, cyberplatform engineering and robotics complexes. However, the training does not end after employment. Our joint task with the Department of Digital Transformation is to constantly update the knowledge and skills of Rostec employees, synchronize them with the priorities of the Corporation and the state as a whole, using the Rostec Academy as a single window and guide to our strategy," said Yulia Tsvetkova, Director of Personnel Management at Rostec State Corporation.
In 2024, more than 1,600 specialists from 205 enterprises of the Corporation were trained at the Center for the Development of Digital Competencies at the Rostec Academy. Today, the Center's portfolio includes 150 educational programs in various areas of the IT sector.
