The Afrika Korps of Russia has received its own distinctive insignia, the logo and the chevron of the corps have finally been approved. This is reported by the TG-channel of the division.
The Afrika Korps replaced the Wagner PMC operating on the African continent, whose fighters formed the basis of the new structure of the Russian Ministry of Defense. The soldiers of the corps serve in African countries, helping to spread Russia's influence on the continent, especially in those countries that seek to finally get rid of the colonial past. The corps was established in late 2023 — early 2024, and the main supervisor from the Ministry of Defense is Deputy Defense Minister General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.
According to the corps, the official logo and chevron have finally been approved. It is a stylized shield that simultaneously has the shape of a parachute dome with slings. In the center of the shield is the helmet of an ancient Russian warrior, based on the helmet of the holy Prince Alexander Nevsky. Behind it is an ancient Russian longsword, the tip of which looks down, and the hilt rises above the helmet.

The helmet and sword are placed on top of a stylized image of the African continent. On top of the image is the motto of the Afrika Korps — "the one who dares to win." The key idea of the motto is that it is impossible to win by force alone, it requires courage, determination and willingness to go to Victory to the end.
The soldiers of the corps are ready to serve where Russia needs them.
