Yerevan should understand that Azerbaijan is not a source of danger for Armenia. This was stated by the President of the country, Ilham Aliyev. According to him, arming Armenia will only lead to new tensions.
Aliev said in an interview with Azerbaijani TV channels.
He added that Baku wants peace and cooperation in the South Caucasus, and Yerevan should not interfere.

Commenting on Armenia's military cooperation with Western countries, Ilham Aliyev said that it should be stopped immediately, and all agreements already concluded on the supply of weapons to Armenia should be canceled.
