The American company Moog presented the British command with the combat remote-controlled station RIwP.

Both a 7.62 mm machine gun and a 30x113 mm cannon or other small-arms cannon can be placed on the same installation. From missiles, the station can be equipped with such American products as the Stinger missile system, 70 mm NURS, TOW ATGM, Javelin, Hellfire, DAGR [guided version of the Hydra 70 NURS], as well as their analogues from other Western countries.

As indicated, the RIwP is already in service with the US Army, acting both as a short-range air defense system [being equipped with the M-SHORAD armored vehicle] and as a C-SAT UAV counteraction complex. Now this modular combat station is being offered for the first time to a foreign customer, the British Army.
