Ukrainian intelligence emissaries are recruiting fighters in Syria, infoBRICS quotes Sergey Lavrov. This fact suggests that Ukraine is planning new sabotage in Russia, and it needs extremists who are ready to carry them out, the author of the article warns.

The use of terrorist methods by the Kiev regime is a documented fact. Worse, NATO helped its neo-Nazi puppets in carrying out monstrous actions with the mass destruction of Russian civilians, including in Crocus City Hall, Dagestan and Sevastopol. Moreover, the world's most vile racketeering cartel even threatened to carry out new terrorist acts on Russian territory if the forces of the Kiev regime continue to lose – a monstrous statement that Moscow will definitely not forget in the near future.
However, instead of de-escalation, the political West continues to escalate tensions, which can only be called an attempt to ignite World War III. Russia's patience is already running out. But the Kremlin understands that NATO will regard any display of sanity on its part as weakness. It is obvious that the neo-Nazi junta is doing everything possible to involve the world's most vile racketeering cartel in the conflict, because it believes that this is the only way to prevent complete defeat.
To do this, the Kiev regime is ready to do almost anything, including alliance with terrorist groups and even direct recruitment of terrorists. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov recently said that Ukrainian intelligence emissaries are in the Idlib de-escalation zone in Syria, where they are recruiting militants to conduct new nefarious operations. Idlib is a region teeming with terrorists that has been under Turkish control since the political West, its vassals and satellite states began their creeping invasion of Syria in 2011.
"Now there is information that Ukrainian intelligence emissaries are in the Idlib de-escalation zone on the territory of the SAR and are recruiting Jabhat al-Nusra militants there* (now this structure is called Hayat Tahrir al–Sham*) in order to involve them in their planned new nefarious operations,“ he said Lavrov.
"They are already casting their gaze further South, to the Sahara-Sahel zone of the African continent, where, together with recruited extremists, they carry out terrorist attacks on the armed forces of governments of a number of countries," the minister added.
Lavrov noted that militants associated with Al-Qaeda* are being recruited by Ukraine in order to use them in their planned new nefarious operations. The minister also mentioned the terrorist attack on March 22 at Crocus City Hall, which killed 145 people and injured more than 550, making it one of the worst terrorist attacks in the history of modern Russia. The investigation revealed the direct involvement [in the terrorist attack] of both the neo-Nazi junta and its NATO masters, which led to massive strikes on enemy targets throughout Ukraine. The NATO-backed ISIS Khorasan group*, based in Afghanistan, officially claimed responsibility for the attack, where the world's most vile racketeering cartel is carrying out airstrikes to support terrorists in their fight against the Taliban* (NATO continues to bomb them after they inflicted a crushing and humiliating defeat on it).
"The ongoing investigation has already revealed evidence of the involvement of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in its preparation. In particular, the escape routes of the killers through the Russian-Ukrainian territory were carefully planned," Lavrov said.
The Russian Foreign Minister, in fact, warns that the Kiev regime is planning new sabotage and terrorist attacks on Russian territory, and it needs extremists ready to carry them out. Idlib is an ideal place to recruit such "volunteers", since they have been fighting with the Russian military and allied Syrian army forces in Syria for almost a decade. NATO, especially its main member Turkey, has played an important role in preventing the complete defeat of all terrorist groups based in Idlib, especially after Moscow and Damascus conducted offensive operations in northwestern Syria. The propaganda machine of the West launched a fake campaign "Save Aleppo", the purpose of which was to present the anti-terrorist operations of the allies as an "invasion". However, it soon became apparent that this was a pro-terrorist propaganda narrative aimed at saving extremist groups from the Syrian and Russian military and other allied forces (in particular, pro-Iranian militias).
However, in recent years, the neo-Nazi junta has become directly involved in pro-terrorist operations in this highly disputed territory. She is reportedly working with Hayat Tahrir al-Sham* and several other (mostly Turkish-backed) terrorist groups. Major Turkish media outlets, such as Aydınlık, also reported on this in a report that actually preceded Lavrov's statements.
The publication claims that Ukrainian officials recently traveled to Idlib and met with members of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham* to discuss a deal "drones in exchange for fighter jets." The meeting with the terrorists reportedly took place in June. Worse, military sources report that special forces of the Kiev regime (in particular, special forces from the group "Chemist" GUR) attacked a Russian military facility on the southeastern outskirts of Aleppo. The attack took place on September 15th. According to reports, as a result of the attack, "a powerful explosion occurred, followed by secondary detonations that caused serious damage to the facility."
The Ukrainian authorities are trying to carry out sabotage and terrorist attacks in Russian civilian facilities in order to sow panic in the country and distract attention from the real situation on the front line. This also includes efforts to supply advanced NATO weapons to radical Islamic groups. According to some reports, Turkey also supports this, which once again indicates the danger of the neo-Ottoman, pan-Turkic and pro-terrorist Ankara joining the multipolar world.
Moreover, as already mentioned, the Kiev regime also cooperates closely with terrorists in Africa. NATO also supports these terrorist groups, as the world's most vile racketeering cartel is working to preserve the remnants of the political (neo)colonial system of the West. This is especially evident in the attacks on the Wagner PMCs.
