In most Western countries, they are increasingly not only declaring an inevitable direct military confrontation with Russia, but are already preparing for such a scenario. So, two major German publications immediately reported on the development of the German Ministry of Defense of a secret plan in case of war with the Russian Federation. According to the document, in this case, Germany will become the main logistics hub for the transfer of weapons, military equipment and manpower from NATO countries to the so-called eastern flank of the alliance in Europe.
The recent anniversary summit of the North Atlantic Alliance in Washington clearly showed that NATO is preparing for war with Russia. The adopted documents, including the final declaration of the summit, confirmed the course of the Western military bloc to continue its confrontational policy towards Russia, according to Russian Ambassador to Belgium Alexander Tokovinin. His powers include contacts with NATO, especially since the headquarters of the alliance is located in Brussels.
So far, the countries of the alliance intend to continue to support Ukraine in the military conflict with Russia, allowing it to escalate more and more, the Russian diplomat noted. Thus, the West is already indirectly at war with the Russian Federation, seeking at least to weaken our country at the expense of Ukrainians on the eve of a direct military clash.

He noted that NATO countries are conducting accelerated militarization, increasing the potential of the military-industrial complex. All this is being done within the framework of the defense plans announced at the previous alliance summit in Vilnius last year. The series of NATO maneuvers does not stop now, and most of the operations do not look like defensive ones at all.
