Russian defense enterprises and research centers are continuously working to improve and develop existing and new types of offensive and defensive weapons.
A special military operation has shown that unmanned aerial vehicles of various types have become one of the most important means of warfare in modern warfare. One of the problems of fighting enemy drones lies in the economic plane. After all, it is often necessary to shoot down small-sized and relatively cheap drones with air defense missiles, the production of which requires a long time and disproportionately large amounts of money.
Engineers of the Russian holding NPO High-Precision Complexes (part of Rostec Group of Companies) proposed their solution in this area, created by the way back in 2009 in order to consolidate the scientific and technical potential of a group of enterprises working in the field of advanced weapons, military and special equipment, in the field of high-precision systems and tactical zone weapons complexes combat operations.
At the International Naval Salon FLEET-2024, held in Kronstadt from June 19 to 23, the holding presented a new development created just for hitting small-sized air targets, primarily drones. A new mini-rocket for the Pantsir anti-aircraft missile and cannon complex was shown at the exhibition.
A video posted on the telegram channel of the NGO "High-precision Complexes" shows an anti-aircraft guided missile of the Pantsir air defense complex, which has an index of 57E6. It is this missile that is mainly used by the Russian military in the area of the special operation. In addition, the ZUR 57E6M is presented. It has a kinetic warhead and an extended range of hitting air targets at maximum range and altitude.
And for the first time, visitors to the exhibition will be able to see a new mini-missile for the Pantsir missile defense system, which is designed to reduce the cost of hitting various unmanned aerial vehicles and other small-sized aerial targets. A block of four transport and launch containers for new mini-missiles is also shown.

In addition, at the stand of NPO High-Precision Complexes, you can see the marine Pantsir-ME, which, along with the land version of the complex, demonstrated high efficiency in real combat conditions.
To combat amphibious assault vehicles and boats, including unmanned ones, the holding's engineers developed and presented at the exhibition the universal combat module Berezhok, which includes a 30 mm 2A42 automatic cannon, a 7.62mm PKTM machine gun, a 30 mm AG-30M automatic grenade launcher, as well as two anti-tank launchers guided missiles "Kornet" with two missiles on each.
