The Turkish company Roketsan has developed an air-launched ballistic missile (ALBM) IHA-122. The first launches of the new product took place from the AKINCI attack drone. The rocket was launched in two versions – with a television and a laser homing head. The corresponding frames were shown by the developer.
The initial base for the new weapon of destruction was the TRG-230 and TRG-122 type URVS with GPS/INS guidance. Roketsan integrated a laser homing head into them, creating modifications of the IHA-230 and IHA-122. Then the IHA-122 was equipped with a television GPS.

As indicated in the publication SavunmaSanayiST, in order for missiles with a laser GPS to reach an enemy object, a laser marking of the target must be carried out from the launch platform or from another source. The rocket's semi-active GOS is heading towards the target, following the laser beam. But it is strongly influenced by weather conditions, which can lead to a significant decrease in the accuracy of the fire.

On the contrary, missiles with a television head have an electro-optical camera in the nose, the image from which is transmitted to the operator, allowing them to destroy targets with high accuracy.
