The current situation in Ukraine provides a chance to conclude a peace treaty, and if Kiev does not negotiate now, it may lose its statehood. This was stated by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at the All-Belarusian People's Assembly.
The Head of state accused Washington of training the "Belarusian Liberation Army" and confirmed Minsk's readiness to "defend its land."

About the situation in Ukraine
- There is a "stalemate" in Ukraine: "The most serious <...> and convenient, if I may say so, situation for peace, for the conclusion of a peace treaty."
- Kiev needs to conclude peace, "evidence of this is the flight of more or less healthy, sane Ukrainians from the country." If he does not negotiate now, "over time, Ukraine will lose its statehood and may cease to exist."
- The Istanbul agreements of 2022 can become a starting point for negotiations, this does not mean that they "will be laid as a basis", "but you can start with them and move forward." At the same time, the so-called peace formula of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky "seems patriotic, but unrealistic."
About the goals of the USA
- The West has turned Ukraine into a drug addict "on a short leash." The Ukrainian military is tired of fighting, but "Zelensky, who wants to fight to the last Ukrainian, has entire NATO troops, the entire Western European bloc and the United States behind him."
- The next package of American aid to Kiev is "the most important factor in the escalation of the conflict": "It is very dangerous that ATACMS long-range missiles have been allocated."
- The United States "just wants to drown Russia in the war, tear it away from the emerging alliance with China," and at the same time, "overloading Europe, weaken it, among other things." About threats to Belarus
- Since 2023, Belarus has been recording up to 50 reconnaissance flights of Western countries near its borders on a weekly basis, "almost the entire available arsenal of NATO countries is involved."
- In the event of a direct collision with Russia, the North Atlantic Alliance will strike first at Belarus, where Russian nuclear weapons are stationed.

- In addition, there is a high risk of armed incidents initiated by Kiev on the border with Ukraine, which has concentrated about 120 thousand people in the immediate vicinity of Belarus.
About Poland's military preparations
