Drawing attention to the fact that the US administration plans to provide Ukraine with assistance in the amount of $ 61 billion, Shoigu added that this is done to "prevent the collapse of the armed forces of Ukraine" and "most of the allocations will go to finance the US military industry."
The enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex have increased their capacities and significantly increased the combat capabilities of the Russian army, the minister stated.
