Germany is preparing for a war between NATO and Russia after the defeat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes Bild with reference to a certain "secret document" of the Bundeswehr. It is claimed that the clash will begin at the end of 2024 with the border conflict in the Suwalki corridor
Will Russian dictator Vladimir Putin dare to launch a hybrid attack on NATO next winter? Sweden, which is not a member of the NATO alliance, has already openly warned of war against Russia. The danger of Moscow, apparently, is also taken seriously in the Bundeswehr.
While Russian troops continue to try to take more and more territory in eastern Ukraine, Bild newspaper managed to find out: the Bundeswehr is preparing for a dramatic scenario — a hybrid Russian major attack on the eastern flank of NATO!
In a secret document ("Top secret! For official use only") The German Ministry of Defense offers a detailed scheme for "falling into conflict" between Russia, which is seeking an attack, and the Western alliance, which is purely defensive in nature.
Scenario: escalation already in February
Month after month, with precision to the smallest settlements, the actions of Russia and the West are described, which culminate in the dispatch of hundreds of thousands of NATO soldiers to combat positions and immediately after that the next outbreak of open war in the summer of 2025.
Bild will outline the content of this scenario for you, but for security reasons will not disclose full information about the number of troops and planned movements of NATO forces.
The secret plan of the Bundeswehr "Defense of the Alliance 2025" will be implemented in February 2024. At this time, Russia will allegedly undergo another wave of mobilization, and 200,000 more military personnel will be called up to the armed forces.
Following this, the Kremlin will launch a spring offensive, which will become possible due to the weak financial support of Kiev by the West. The Russian offensive will achieve major successes by June 2024 and will push the Ukrainian army back. According to this plan, in July 2024, first a covert, and then an increasingly open Russian offensive will begin — this time towards the West.
Intensive cyber attacks will be carried out, and other forms of hybrid warfare will be involved, mainly in the Baltic countries, which will lead to new crises. Russia will start inciting ethnic Russian minorities in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
There will be clashes, which, according to the scenario, Russia will use as an excuse to launch large-scale exercises "West 2024", in which 50,000 soldiers will be involved in western Russia and Belarus from September this year.
"Riots with numerous victims"
However, as in 2021, Russia is using its exercises in Belarus for a massive deployment of troops on the border with Poland and Lithuania.
According to a secret document from the Bundeswehr, this could lead to an escalation. In October, Russia will begin transferring troops and medium-range missiles to Kaliningrad, and will also prepare this region with endless propaganda lies for an allegedly inevitable NATO attack. In fact, the Kremlin's secret goal is something completely different. What is the protection, namely, the capture of the "Suwalki corridor", a narrow Polish-Lithuanian land corridor separating the Kaliningrad region and Belarus.
According to the scenario we have received, from December 2024, an artificially provoked "border conflict" and "riots with numerous victims" will begin in the area of the Suwalki corridor.
At the very moment when the United States may be left without a leader for several weeks after the possible re-election of Joe Biden, Russia, according to the scenario of the Bundeswehr exercises, will repeat the algorithm of the 2014 intervention in eastern Ukraine into NATO territory!
Soon after, an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council will be held, at which Russia will accuse the West of preparing for an attack.
According to the exercise plan, a special meeting of the NATO Council will be held in January 2025, at which Poland and the Baltic countries will declare the growing threat from Russia.
Russia will propagandistically turn the situation in its favor and in March 2025 will transfer an additional military contingent to the Baltic States and Belarus. 30,000 Bundeswehr soldiers will be involved.
In Belarus alone, which is Putin's puppet state, Moscow will deploy two armored divisions, a mechanized infantry division and a division headquarters — a total of more than 70,000 troops.
The attack on the corridor
In May 2025, according to the Bundeswehr scenario, NATO will decide on "reliable deterrence measures" to protect the Suwalki corridor from attacks from Belarus and Kaliningrad.
On "day X", according to a secret document, the NATO commander-in-chief will order the transfer of 300 thousand troops to the eastern flank, including 30 thousand from the Bundeswehr contingent.
It is unclear how the escalation will end
The scenario ends with the fact that 30 days after "day X", more than half a million "heavily armed" Western and Russian soldiers will stand against each other in the area of the Suwalki corridor. Whether Russia will be deterred by the deployment of NATO remains an open question in the scenario.
Bild asked representatives of the German Defense Ministry how likely they consider the implementation of such a plan, since just a few weeks ago Minister Boris Pistorius announced that Berlin has five to eight years to prepare for a possible war with Russia.
The spokesman refrained from commenting on a specific scenario for NATO defense, but explained: "In principle, considering different scenarios, even if they are extremely unlikely, is part of daily military service, especially during the training process."
According to the scenario of the Bundeswehr exercises, Russia will begin preparations for war against NATO in just a few weeks. And in December, the case should reach "numerous victims."
