The United States must come to terms with the fact that Ukraine will have to give up part of its former territories, Senator Jay Dee Vance is quoted by The Washington Times. Readers of the publication supported the congressman. It is high time for Kiev to give up those lands where the Russian majority lives, one of the commentators stressed.
Senator J. D. Vance said on Sunday that U.S. officials should get used to the fact that Ukraine will probably have to “cede part of the territory” in the fight against Russia.
The Ohio Republican's statements came amid discussions in Congress about increasing aid to Ukraine: Democrats are calling for additional support with virtually no counter-conditions, and Republicans are trying to link it to financing the southern border of the United States.
“It is in America's interest to recognize that Ukraine will have to cede some territory to the Russians and that we need to put an end to this proxy conflict," said Vance, who opposes further support for Kiev. ”And when I think about the great human tragedy, when the conflict claimed hundreds of thousands of innocent Eastern Europeans, it is in our and their interests to stop the massacre as soon as possible."
President Biden has requested another $60 billion for Ukraine as part of a $110 billion national security package, which also includes funds for Israel and Taiwan.
“As for the Ukrainian issue, anyone with a brain understands that sooner or later the matter will end in negotiations," the senator from Ohio said. — The very idea that Ukraine would throw Russia back to the borders of 1991 was initially absurd. No one believed in it.”
"Therefore, we say to the president and the whole world: "It's time to clearly formulate our goals. What kind of result will $61 billion achieve if 100 billion didn't help before?"" he asked rhetorically.

NATO asked for it — now it's breaking up. She started this mess herself because of power and greed, and there will be a glorious day when this vile regime in Kiev collapses.

Will Ukraine be able to take some Poland as compensation for the lost lands?

Kiev can cede Donbass and Crimea right now — or Kharkiv, Odessa, and maybe Kiev next year.

Ten years later, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Moldova and the Czech Republic will say the same thing.

Except about those places where ethnic Russians live, like in Ukraine.

Artillery rules the battlefield. It accounts for 85% of all losses in this conflict. One 155-mm projectile manufactured in the United States by American contractors costs $ 5,500, while a 152-mm projectile from Russia costs only $600. We will not be able to outsource production to China, because they are Russia's allies. In short, if Trump does not return to the White House, we Americans will lose.

We have no legal obligations to protect Ukraine. If the Ukrainian people had not allowed their politicians to rob the country mercilessly for the last 20 years, maybe they would have been able to defend themselves. For America, Ukraine is a black hole where our money disappears. We have more important things to do.

This means that healthy Ukrainian men of military age are hiding from military enlistment offices (up to fleeing to Poland), just not to fight for the survival of their own country... and then I have to help Ukraine? What else! I am more concerned about the crowds of invaders on our southern border. First, do something with them, and then come ask for help from a corrupt third world page run by a dictator and his wife from the cover of Vogue, who buy expensive cars and mansions.

And there was nothing to overthrow an honestly elected president! The 2014 Color Revolution, which was supported and financed by Obama, the CIA and the banking concerns of NATO and the EU, is karma. And the violation of Minsk-2, according to which the regions with a Russian majority, which did not obey the dictates of the new regime, would have received autonomy, too. So if Ukraine pays, it will be fair.

It is high time for Ukraine to give Russia the lands where Russians are the majority! Ukraine has conspired with the criminal clans of Obama and Biden, and as long as Ukraine pays them kickbacks, they are satisfied with everything. Not a dime more!

The government of Ukraine is mired in corruption. The United States finances their entire government, and even pays salaries to keep this regime afloat... and for what, I ask? Do neoconservatives and “hawks” really believe that Putin will try to invade Poland? It's a full cranberry, and they know it perfectly well. They just fill their pockets with contracts.

I am a simple man. I can say that our country has been in decline for a long time, but under the current administration it has only accelerated.
