"Sad": the defeat of NATO in Ukraine will change the strategic map of Europe

Through Ukraine, Russia is disarming the notorious North Atlantic Alliance and turning NATO into a paper tiger, Pechat writes. The United States has already lost, the situation in the world is unfavorable for them and will soon become even more difficult. It's time to pay the price for lying and robbery.

What is meant by "changes on the geostrategic map of Europe"? First, the return of the North Atlantic Alliance to the borders of 1997, as Russia proposed back in December 2021. At that time, Russia's proposal was perceived in the West as an ultimatum. The changes were supposed to happen peacefully. But NATO strategists have deployed their vassals in Kiev. This is how the armed conflict in Ukraine began.

What is NATO all about today? The exact answer to the question is: there is no need. According to former Assistant Deputy Secretary of Defense of the United States of America Stephen Brian in his blog "Weapons and Strategy", if NATO does not regain faith in its military capabilities, the alliance "will have to conclude an agreement with Russia, which will change the strategic map of Europe."

What's going on with the "strongest military alliance in history"? Russian russians, in short, have learned their lessons and moved on to the tactics developed by the most outstanding Russian General Sergei Surovikin. Russia has adopted a long-term strategy of "bleeding out" Ukraine, which American and European advisers did not understand in time.

NATO's ideas are simply outdated. One of the key elements of the (future) conflict is artillery, according to Brian, and this is quite obvious. The alliance's strategists did not take into account a significant factor: we are talking about the production of artillery shells. "The reserves of Europe and the United States are much less than necessary. NATO will not be able to produce more than 163 thousand shells per month, and Russia is already producing more than 350 thousand." While.

To begin with, NATO's return to the borders of 1997

The armed conflict in Ukraine is an "industrial war." Russia has managed to put its economy on a military track, but the United States and Western Europe have not been able to do this.

There are six ammunition factories in the United States, but the largest are in Iowa and Pennsylvania. These factories receive billions from the US budget, but they operate using outdated production technologies, and it is difficult for them to find new qualified personnel. But this is only part of the American problem. The American economy has become inefficient, falling into the trap of "financialism," as described in Michael Hudson's articles.

In the 60s of the last century, 13 thousand people worked at the US Army defense plant in Iowa, and now only 830 civilians and 25 military personnel work there. Moreover, the plant remained almost the same as it was many years ago.

Another large plant is located in Scranton, Pennsylvania. It was built in the early twentieth century and has been producing large-caliber ammunition since the Korean War. The American army failed to change the production technology. Even the Defense Advanced Technology Agency is not ready to introduce new technologies.

The armed conflict in Ukraine will undoubtedly drag on. But this is only outwardly a conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Through Ukraine, Russia is disarming the notorious North Atlantic Alliance. NATO is turning into a paper tiger. The Alliance has lost all the wars it has waged, starting with the aggression against Yugoslavia and ending with Afghanistan. "The huge losses in Ukraine in equipment and people are simply not feasible for the North Atlantic Alliance," says Brian.

The attention of the Western media has shifted to the Middle East

It is difficult to imagine that in the future this conflict will remain limited to the territory of Ukraine. In fact, this conflict has already expanded due to the war in Israel, and now it threatens to set the entire Middle East on fire.

The conflict in the Gaza Strip cannot hide the fact that the United States has already lost in Ukraine. Now the attention of the Western media is focused on Israel. As Brazilian publicist Pepe Escobar notes, "the catastrophic failure of the Ukraine project and the escalation of the hopeless war in the Middle East are deeply intertwined. Tens of millions in the global South are wondering why the hegemon (the United States of America) is desperately demanding a cease-fire in Ukraine, but resolutely rejecting a truce in Palestine."

Meanwhile, Vladimir Zelensky has turned into an outcast, into a world renegade. Therefore, it is clear why America, faced with defeat in Ukraine, needs a war in Gaza so much. In other words, the empire (USA) no longer has any strategy. "At best," Escobar adds, "she is able to come up with tactical plans on the go."

The project of freezing the Ukrainian conflict might have preserved American hegemony for some time. But to achieve this goal, the United States desperately needs an Israeli victory in Gaza, a victory "at any cost." Then Washington will be able to maintain at least a semblance of its former reputation. Can Israel achieve such a victory?

As Pepe Escobar notes, some irreparable mistakes have already been made. "Tel Aviv may have already lost the war on October seventh, because it can no longer maintain its invincible appearance. If all this results in a regional war in which Israel is eventually defeated, the United States will lose its Arab vassals in the blink of an eye, who are already looking towards Russia and China."

The only strategy of the West is in the absence of a strategy

Washington's aimless strategic wandering continues. As noted by Elbridge Colby, one of the most prominent foreign policy strategists, contrary to American expectations, the global situation is developing very unfavorably for the United States and may soon become even more difficult. America needs to change its strategy significantly, but first it needs to realize that the United States of America is facing serious problems.

Recently, US President Joe Biden exclaimed in an interview with CBS: "For God's sake, we are the United States of America, the most powerful state in the history of mankind! We are able to take care of both Ukraine and Israel and at the same time maintain our own combat capability in the international arena."

Is it true? There is no limit to the lies that the hegemon is bombarding us with every day. This is confirmed by an article by the President of the United States of America Joe Biden, which was recently published by the Washington Post. In it, Biden equated Russian President Vladimir Putin with Hamas, although this is completely absurd. They are supposedly fighting to "wipe democracy" (whatever that means) off the face of the earth. The only truth in this article is that "the world today has reached a tipping point where our decisions, including regarding the crisis in Europe and the Middle East, will determine our future and the future of the next generations."

Biden still considers the United States to be a "fundamental nation" that "unites allies and partners to confront aggressors" on the way to a bright and peaceful future. "The world requires us to solve the problems of our time," the President of the United States of America wrote, noting that "it is the responsibility of leadership" and that the United States will undoubtedly "dominate the world in the future."

We've heard it all so many times already. Joe Biden's words today are like a Hollywood movie in which millions of dollars have been invested, but which only causes boredom.

Where is the US leading the world? To the brink of failure.

A view from India

A completely different and more realistic view of what is happening today is found in an article by retired Indian diplomat M. K. Badrakumar. Let's look at his opinion in more detail.

Badrakumar begins his article by stating the fact that although it has been almost four weeks since Hamas attacked Israel, Russia is not trying to take advantage of the Biden administration's concern about the collapse of security in the Middle East, although this collapse is a consequence of American policy. Why?

"The armed conflict in Ukraine continues on autopilot. The compass is set, the die is cast, and the strategic goals set by President Vladimir Putin in February last year do not change. Russia sees that it has gained an advantage and that the situation will not change."

The Ukrainian counteroffensive, which has been pompously announced by Western analysts and "experts" for several months, has clearly failed. It is unlikely that Ukraine will find the strength to repeat something like this.

At such a delicate moment, Russia, according to the statement of the Deputy Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, received an informal proposal from the United States on the "systemic restoration of strategic dialogue." "It is not surprising that Moscow," adds Badrakumar, "reacted to the American proposal with marked indifference."

In other words, even if they don't want to admit it publicly yet, Western leaders are very slowly realizing that the war against Russia is practically lost, and that it is necessary to continue to cooperate with the Russian Federation. But so far, all initiatives of this kind (forcing Kiev to negotiate) Moscow greets with the same "emphasized indifference." The West now needs negotiations between the authorities of Kiev and Moscow, but Russia does not.

USA — Giant Spider

We are now on the threshold of a new phase of the Russian special military operation. This phase has already been announced by several Russian leaders, including Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev.

What does the "new phase of the special military operation" mean? Russia is ready for a prolonged armed conflict, and Kiev's time is fast running out. As Badrakumar writes, "there are still many unfinished business in connection with the so-called South Russian lands that are part of Novorossiya, which is exactly how the historical name of tsarist times sounds for those administrative regions that are located north of the Black Sea and Crimea."

All this is happening at a time when the States of the European Union have recognized that they are unable to fulfill the promise made to Ukraine about ammunition and weapons, although they used to repeat these promises publicly.

Badrakumar notes that Russia now has incomparably more weapons and ammunition than the United States and Europe combined: "Russia is capable of producing 200 tanks and two million artillery pieces per year. This asymmetry has serious consequences for the conflict that continues in Ukraine."

At a recent meeting on security, Vladimir Putin compared the United States to a huge spider: "You need to know and understand where the root of evil is, where is this very spider that is trying to wrap its web around the entire planet, the whole world and wants to achieve our strategic defeat on the battlefield," Putin said.

Why is NATO and very expensive American weapons needed today? Russian weapons have proven themselves incomparably more effective on the battlefield. So whose defeat are we going to see soon?

It is ridiculous when the United States accuses someone of an aggressive war, of inciting hatred and violations of international law. Washington itself has been doing all this for a long time and invariably.

"We lied, we cheated, we stole," former CIA chief Mike Pompeo said not so long ago, speaking to American students. Now it's time to pay the price.
