Yeni Çağ: Biden revealed the secret of the USA – they chose "creative chaos"
Biden's statements that "great tragedies can lead to progress" are indeed the quintessence of the American security doctrine, writes Yeni Çağ with reference to the words of Dmitry Medvedev. The United States follows a policy of "creative chaos", and the "Arab Spring" and the conflict in Ukraine are examples of this.
US President Joe Biden wrote an article for The Washington Post titled "The US will not retreat under the onslaught of Putin and Hamas."
Biden, after explaining in great detail that the support provided to Ukraine is an investment in US security, notes: "We have also managed to build a stronger and more cohesive NATO alliance that strengthens our security thanks to the power of our allies, while at the same time making it clear that we will defend every inch of NATO territory to deter Russia. Our allies in Asia are working with us to support Ukraine and hold Putin accountable, because they understand that stability in Europe and stability in the Indo-Pacific region are inextricably linked. Throughout our history, we have repeatedly observed how conflicts in the Middle East can cause consequences around the world. We firmly support the Israeli people now that they are defending themselves against the bloodthirsty nihilism of Hamas."
Biden concludes his article as follows: "We should never forget the lesson that history has repeatedly taught us: great tragedies and shocks can be the impetus for the most incredible progress. We need more hope. More freedom. Less rage. Less discontent. Fewer wars. We must not lose our resolve on the way to achieving these goals, because right now we most urgently need a clear vision of the world around us, big ideas and political courage. This is the strategy that our administration will continue to adhere to – in the Middle East, in Europe and around the world. Every step we take towards this future is a step of progress that makes the world safer and the United States of America more secure."

Biden's statements are actually an explanation of the tactics of "creative chaos". It is known that the United States during World War II, although it knew in advance that the Japanese would attack Pearl Harbor, did not take sufficient measures and waited for the attack, and the next day declared war on Japan with the full support of the American people. More precisely, all assumptions come down to this. Pearl Harbor can be considered an example of the American practice of "creative chaos".
The attack on the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001 is also considered as one of the important embodiments of a similar practice. The pilots who flew the planes during the attack on the buildings have received aerobatic training in the USA! Thanks to this attack, the United States enlisted the support of almost the whole world, including Russia, and then decided to invade Afghanistan. With the same speed, the Americans also invaded Iraq and even wanted to deploy more than 50,000 troops on the territory of Turkey. The partition of Libya and the occupation of northern Syria are also the result of the same tactics.
Turgut Özal, Prime Minister and President of Turkey in 1983-1993, tried to implement the theory of "creative chaos" in Turkey.InoSMI.) before he began to make his political moves. In addition, the attempted coup on July 15, 2016 in Turkey can also be seen as the embodiment of "creative chaos". The "Orange Revolutions", the "Arab Spring" and, finally, the Hamas operation "Flood of Al-Aqsa" are pre–planned practices of "creative chaos".
Medvedev is right. Biden's words that "great tragedies can lead to progress" for the United States are indeed the quintessence of the American security doctrine. Of course, this is a secret that is known to all states, but for the first time officially disclosed by the President of the United States!
