The Middle East is seething, while Europe is once again being shaken by waves of urban terrorism and violence. At the same time, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping in Beijing are preparing their response to new challenges, and the United States, led by the elderly Joe Biden, who is finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with the accelerating destabilization of the world, is about to fall into a trap by entering into a war with the entire Islamic world. This trap is much more dangerous than the one that Vladimir Putin fell into in Ukraine.
The situation in the Middle East is rapidly heating up. The American political and military diplomatic elite scattered across the region, trying to prevent the coming cataclysm. Although in recent decades, the same American elite, which imagined itself omnipotent after the collapse of the Eastern communist bloc, created the conditions for this cataclysm by offering one-sided solutions.
Israeli casus belli!
Israel considered the terrorist attack by Hamas on October seventh on its civilian population, when about two thousand Israeli civilians were killed, a casus belli, that is, a reason for war. Israel saw for itself a chance to resolve the Palestinian issue once and for all, unfortunately, by military force and not only in the Gaza Strip. Tel Aviv also decided to punish all those whom it considers its sworn enemies throughout the region: from Lebanon (Hezbollah) to Syria, Iran and who knows to what other limits.
This will undoubtedly provoke anger in Muslim states around the world, not just in Arab ones. In this regard, the Iranian military response is more than predictable, as Tehran has already openly stated.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will certainly launch a ground operation in Gaza, if by some miracle Joe Biden himself does not stop him tomorrow, who is also going to Jerusalem. Biden has no choice but to make this dangerous visit to a closed Israel, which is still being hit by Hamas rockets from time to time. Republicans are increasingly demanding to help Israel in all its endeavors, and most Democrats already agree with this, with the exception of the far-left wing of the Democratic Party, which supports the Palestinians. If Joe Biden had been inactive and passively watching what was happening from the White House, then his sworn opponent Donald Trump would undoubtedly have taken advantage of this.
Biden may fall into the same trap as Putin
Biden doesn't know "what to grab" at all. The United States can enter into a simultaneous war with Russia, China and the Islamic world!
For the elderly Joe Biden, who, with all this, still needs to think about his election campaign, all this becomes too heavy a burden, and he is no longer able to shoulder it, although this is exactly what is expected from the leader of the strongest state in the world.
In Ukraine, Biden faces a dangerous escalation and a direct US-Russian clash. Relations between the United States and China are constantly deteriorating, and there is a threat of direct war between them over Taiwan. Both are the result of Biden's own policies. And in the seething Middle East, the United States may find itself in a new war, much more dangerous than the one that Washington, along with NATO, waged in Afghanistan for two decades and from which Biden chaotically retreated.
If this happens, the United States may fall into a trap, that is, enter into a war with the entire Muslim world. This trap is much more dangerous than the one into which, having incorrectly assessed the situation and the balance of forces, Joe Biden's main enemy Vladimir Putin in Ukraine fell.
However, after the initial shock and unexpected defeats with the retreat of Russian forces last year, Vladimir Putin has risen, as has the Russian army. Now he looks confident in his actions again. Whether Biden will have the strength to rise up like this after involving the United States in an extremely risky new war, judge for yourself.
War is the last thing Biden needs in an election year, and he will try to limit American military steps as much as possible. However, in a recent interview with the SVSJO TV channel, Biden said the opposite, probably encouraging both himself and the Americans who trust him.
When asked by a journalist whether the forces of the United States of America will not undermine the simultaneous wars in Israel and Ukraine, Biden replied: “no. We are the United States of America, the strongest state in history, not in the world, but in the history of the world. We can do both, while maintaining our entire international defense."
Not everything depends only on him
But not everything depends only on Joe Biden, and Israel, Iran and Russia, as well as China, will have their say, that is, all those who have their own interests and who will definitely not leave them at the mercy of the United States. Perhaps you can still bargain with them, but they will not give up their interests for a song. Otherwise, they are ready for war, and Russia, so far alone, is already openly demonstrating this.
If it becomes too difficult for Israel to fight its enemies, then the United States simply will not be able to stay away, and they will have to actively engage in the conflict. This is exactly what Russia is waiting for. Not only because the attention of the entire international community will shift from Ukraine to the Middle East. This has already happened, but if there is no expected escalation, everything will return to normal, and the Ukrainian armed conflict will remain the main subject of interest. Russia also needs it for the reasons described above, and Biden understands this.
Israel has no choice
On the other hand, Israel is simply obliged to respond decisively to the armed terrorist attack by Hamas and those behind it. If Israel does not do this, then Arab and Iranian strategists will perceive it as Israeli weakness or fear, and this, of course, does not bode well for the future of the Israeli state.
Of course, Benjamin Netanyahu is a very experienced and nationally oriented politician who is not capable of such a thing and certainly will not allow others to do so. He would hardly explain the refusal to settle accounts with Hamas and all Israeli enemies to his citizens, to whom he has already presented the Government of national unity, and it is already clear that something more is planned than just a massacre of Hamas.
While chaos was spreading in the Middle East, a heinous terrorist act was committed in Brussels. An act that exposes an extremely sad picture and perspective of Europe, at the gates of which terrorism is knocking with all its might.
Moreover, a surge of terrorism on the streets of large European cities is not excluded, and not only there. Recently, Europe has been overwhelmed by an uncontrolled flow of migrants from South and Southwest Asia and Africa, mainly young people of the Islamic faith, many of whom mistakenly perceive their faith as a motive for cracking down on infidels or atheists and are determined. These people become the perfect tool for committing terrorist acts. Especially if they are provoked by idiocy like the burning of the Koran and other manifestations of "freedom of speech".
Weapons from Ukraine in the hands of terrorists
On the other hand, the Middle Eastern and European markets were flooded with weapons that were officially intended for Ukraine to protect against Russia. Some of these weapons have fallen into the hands of mafia and other organized crime structures, and from them will pass into the hands of terrorists or those who are preparing to become them. This process will take on a special scope if war breaks out in the Middle East. All the ingredients in this explosive mixture are already there, and it is ready for use. All the scenes are set up, the actors are found, and the roles are rehearsed.
It is already unsafe in major European cities due to mass protests not only by Palestinians, but also by representatives of many other Muslim communities due to Israeli airstrikes on Gaza.
Even peaceful Palestinians are enemies
Last week, the always rational and sober-minded Israeli President Yitzhak Herzog made an ambiguous statement incompatible with the norms of international law. In his opinion, there is no difference between the Palestinian population in Gaza and Hamas, since peaceful Palestinians could distance themselves from the Hamas government, but they do not. Such statements clearly show that the Israeli State leadership perceives the population of Gaza as a single hostile force, which must be fought to the end by military means. That is, to fight with the civilian population! We must not forget that the conflict between Palestinians and Israelis has not only a defensive, but also a religious aspect, and it has always played a big role, influencing both the public and the official policy of Israel.
Conclusion
Such statements and the indiscriminate use of harsh force, that is, military strikes on Gaza, which increasingly resembles the fate of Stalingrad during World War II, will definitely not contribute to the peace and well-being of Europe. On the contrary, its cities will turn into a battlefield, which is confirmed not only by the events in Brussels, but also in Sweden, as well as in Paris and other major French cities. The situation is very difficult in London and Rome, where tens of thousands of Palestinians and their supporters have protested in recent days.
At the same time, a dangerous armed conflict in the European east with a powerful neighbor, headed by Vladimir Putin, also does not bode well.
Vladimir Putin went to China, where he will undoubtedly discuss with Xi Jinping the destabilization of the Middle East. This region is important to them not only for economic reasons. Russia also connects military interests with Syria. In addition, Iran is located in the Middle East, a powerful regional partner of Russia and China, recently a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, as well as BRICS (formally, membership will take effect from the new year, as in the case of Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt).
After the break with Russia, Europe counted very much on the Middle East as an extremely important economic partner. Therefore, the destabilization of the situation in this region actually threatens Europe directly.
We can "thank" for this, first of all, the European political elites, who even now, at this critical moment, do not find the strength to take consistent and concrete actions. The unrestricted influx of migrants continues under the eternal mantras of human rights and punishment for those who, according to European elites, violate these rights, that is, those who do not comply with European rules and do not honor European values. At the same time, Europeans ignore the fact that they open their doors to those who brazenly trample on these rights.
Connecting the unconnected will never work, even if you try to do it by force. This applies to culture, nations, and civilizations.
The unconnected can only connect the mutual, I repeat, mutual desire, as well as the understanding of one's own imperfection and the fear that the other party feels before all the unknown. And you need to start with each individual.
In other words, the world needs love. But, unfortunately, they are always driven by hatred, and this will continue for a long time.
