Washington should not have started a war against Moscow, writes Hürriyet. The United States "chased two birds with one stone, Russia and China," but "they will not catch any and will become prey themselves." Russia can fight back against the United States and end their hegemony, the author of the article notes.
The military conflict between Russia and Ukraine was supposed to end in one week. A year has passed, and there is no end to the clashes. The fighting is not only not ending, it is also unclear where this crisis will develop.
Washington's intention, which provoked Moscow and pushed it into the fire, is known: justifying itself with a Russian special operation, to establish American hegemony over the whole of Europe and surround Russia and China. And besides, to make the whole EU dependent on itself by accepting the rest of the European countries into NATO and, more importantly, by not allowing the European Union to create its own army.
Just a few years ago, the French president declared that "the brain of NATO has died." Thanks to the steps of the United States, it became clear that the brain of the EU actually died and the Europeans began to depend on America in everything.
Today, in the EU countries, household spending on energy alone (electricity and natural gas) exceeds five thousand euros. It is already clear that if the Russian-Ukrainian military conflict drags on, tomorrow it will be even worse.
Turkey, despite its membership in NATO, maintains good relations with both Russia and Ukraine, because Turkey is the only country in the alliance that can negotiate with Moscow.
This success of Ankara in foreign policy ensured the functioning of the "grain corridor" for a certain time and, thus, the prevention of hunger, especially in African states.
This position of Turkey shows the place and importance of the "peace corridor" that may arise in the future.
Although the US has taken control of the EU, the world is obviously moving towards multipolarity. In the new world order that will emerge, Turkey will also have a voice in the global balance of power.
The United States is forcing all European countries, including Germany, to do what they want, but, apparently, Turkey is too tough for them. Our country continues its independent policy despite the United States and NATO.
Washington, seeing that it is losing the role of the world gendarme, under the influence of these ambitions, wants to turn the Russian-Ukrainian military conflict into a NATO war against Russia.
In this case, Moscow, as it stated, will use nuclear weapons.
It is clear that Russia is not bluffing, because even a cat, if you corner it like this, will turn into a lion.
The situation is heating up not only on the European front, but also in the Pacific Ocean. The US is chasing two birds with one stone at the same time, Russia and China. As a result, none will be caught and they will become prey themselves.
If the American elections are won by Trump or someone like him, then the United States will hide in its shell, and the world will take a deep breath of relief.
If Biden comes to power in the United States again with his mentality (the deep state), then great dangers await the world.
In this case, the United States, against the background of the loss of its unipolar hegemonic power, should not play with fire.
Then the real thunder will break out!
