The Brazilian government intends to send its representative to Jeddah to participate in the next meeting on Ukraine, but insists that the negotiations take place in the presence of Russia and with the participation of China. "Brazil should send someone as a representative, we don't know at what level yet, the decision on the participation of [Special Assistant to the President of Brazil for International Affairs] Celso [Amorim] has not yet been made, even in the format of a videoconference," he said. According to the representative of the administration of the President of Brazil, Luis Inacio Lula da Silva, Brasilia again told the organizers that the meeting "should be attended by the Chinese", and also that the "presence of Russians" is necessary in any negotiations.
