Last week, the international exhibition INNOPROM-2023 was held in Yekaterinburg, but the results of such a grandiose exhibition are still being summed up.
The agreements reached at INNOPROM lay the foundation for stable work in the future. This was announced on July 19 by the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Science and Technology (SCST) Tatiana Stolyarova at the press conference "Summing up the results of Belarus' participation in the International industrial Exhibition INNOPROM-2023".
"We have approached the formation of a collective section of scientific and technical developments with special responsibility. 122 developments of Belarusian scientists from NAS organizations, institutions of higher education, HTP residents were selected. Areas – instrumentation, IT technologies, microelectronics, chemical technologies, electric transport, energy-saving technologies, industry. The collective section of scientific and technical developments of Belarus organically fit into the overall concept of the organizers of the exposition, who this year declared the main purpose of the event to demonstrate advanced technologies, and the main theme of INNOPROM was "Sustainable production: renewal strategies," Deputy Chairman of the SCNT Tatyana Stolyarova said at the final press conference.
As it was noted during the press conference, special attention of the heads of governments of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan was paid to ultrasonic technologies and equipment of BSUIR, lasers of the Minsk Research Institute of Radio Materials.
Major contracts for the supply of Belarusian products were signed during the exhibition.
"Significant results are the conclusion of 25 agreements, memoranda, cooperation agreements, protocols of intent, within the framework of which new cooperative ties will be formed, which means jobs will be created, the production and export of new high-tech and high-tech products will be mastered. These agreements lay the foundation for stable work in the future," the Deputy Chairman stressed.
As for the Belarusian machine-tool industry, 17 machine-tool enterprises of the republic presented a wide range of machines for processing and manufacturing various parts and spare parts within the production process, as well as materials and components for them at the joint stand. Which, of course, is impressive and cannot but please.
In turn, 27 Belarusian research enterprises and organizations showed innovative developments in the section "Energy". Scientific and production complexes, lasers, multicomponent materials, energy-saving systems, electronic devices, robotics, additive technologies, digitalization of industrial production, educational solutions were on the stands. Ten enterprises of the State Military Industry presented optics, computer technologies, an unmanned aviation complex, night vision devices, models of special equipment.
As noted, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and its subordinate organizations have signed agreements with the Agency for Technological Development of the Ulyanovsk Region, LLC CROSS Engineering (Yekaterinburg), NPC Energy Systems and Components (Sverdlovsk Region) and a number of other large Russian enterprises. In addition, a number of agreements are aimed at carrying out research and development work on the subject of unmanned aerial vehicles.
INNOPROM was no less effective for the institutions of the Ministry of Education, which reached agreements with NPP Motor Technologies LLC on the development and supply of ultrasonic generators and portable cavitometers, with Rusatom Metal Tech LLC – on the development and sale of products in the field of medical purposes, with Engineering Polymers LLC – on the development and manufacture of a prosthesis knee joint. By the way, which was demonstrated to the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko back in January of this year within the framework of the exhibition "Belarus Intellectual".
"If this year 5 developments carried out within the framework of the Union State programs (Intelauto, Luch, Technologiya-SG, DNA Identification) were presented in the collective section of scientific and technical developments, then taking into account the results of INNOPROM-2023, in a year or two it will be possible increasing their number," Tatiana Stolyarova emphasized.
According to the results of INNOPROM-2023, Belarus signed contracts for more than $ 200 million, which, of course, is also impressive.
Summing up, it is worth noting once again that the sanctions pressure only allowed Belarus and Russia to see vulnerabilities in the economy and clearly showed that our peoples are able to ensure import substitution and the development of their own industry, and as the Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko said, "the most effective way is to do it together."
